Drywall Positioning Device
The present invention relates to a drywall positioning device that allows a single user to easily hang drywall. The device is primarily comprised of a body with at least one handle positioned on the top surface and at least one protrusion positioned on the bottom surface. During use, the device can be grasped by the handle and thrust into a piece of drywall, such that the protrusion becomes embedded in the drywall and the piece of drywall can be picked up via the handle and moved into position against a wall stud. The user can continue to hold the drywall in position with one hand on the handle while their other hand fastens the drywall to the wall stud. Once fastened, the device can be removed by pulling the device away from the drywall to pull the protrusion out from the drywall.
CEILING MEMBER INSTALLATION TOOL
A ceiling material installation tool wherein the present invention assists in the installation of tongue and groove ceiling planks. The present invention includes a frame having an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion includes a lateral support member with longitudinal support members at opposing ends thereof. The lateral support member can be configured to be adjustable in length so as to place the longitudinal support members against adjacent support trusses that are alternate distances. The lower portion of the frame includes a vertical support member extending downward from the lateral support member. An upper horizontal member and a lower horizontal member are coupled to the vertical support member both being perpendicular to the vertical support member and axially aligned. The upper horizontal member can be vertically adjustable along the vertical support member so as to position a ceiling plank.
Configurable tile leveler
For leveling tiles, a tile leveler includes a base, a plurality of joint spacers, and two or more break lines. The brake lines are formed in the base along planar axes. Each joint spacer is within a subdivision distance of a break line. Each joint spacer adjacent to a given break line is on a spacer side of the given break line, and the break lines divide the base into sections.
Siding hanging gauge
Devices, tools apparatus, kits, systems and methods for providing a gauge and tool for allowing a single installer to install siding boards, such as cedar and pine lap siding and Cementous boards on exterior walls. An installer can use two gauges to and install exterior wall siding on all sides of a building without a second installer. Each gauge can be cut from sheets of metal, such as aluminum having a thickness of approximately 0.09 inches. Each gauge can have a front generally rectangular panel with a left bent side with an upper left ledge and a lower left step, and a right bent side with an upper right ledge, and a lower right step, a first top middle panel extending upward from the rectangular panel between the left bent side and the right bent side, and a first mounting hole through the front generally rectangular panel. An installer can initially mount a bottom first siding panel on a wall. The gauges can allow siding such as 7.25″ height siding to have a 6″ reveal when the lap siding is constructed on a wall.
Method and system for automatically levelling dropped ceilings, floating floors, pipes or cable trays
A method for levelling an anchoring system for a dropped ceiling, a floating floor, a pipe or a cable tray, having at least one support bracket for the pipe or a section bar of a support frame of a dropped ceiling, a floating floor or a cable tray, and an adjustment screw to adjust the distance of the section bar from a reference surface, wherein a laser receiver is placed in contact with the section bar or the support bracket, has an optical window to receive a laser beam emitted by a laser level, assumes two height states indicating the receiving position of the laser beam relative to a reference position, and transmits, in a wireless manner, two control signals corresponding to the two height states, and wherein an electric screwdriver receives, in a wireless manner, the control signals and switches the rotation of the adjustment screw between one direction and the opposite direction based on the control signal received.
TILE LEVELING DEVICE
For leveling tile, a tile leveling device includes a tower, a base, and two leveling ridges. The tower includes a cross piece and two struts that extend in a distal direction along a first axis from the cross piece. The base is connected to the two struts at a base intersection and extending along a traverse axis from the two struts, the base comprising two side edges, two front edges, and four diagonal cutouts, wherein the two side edges are each perpendicular to both the two front edges, a diagonal cutout is between each side edge and front edge pair at a diagonal angle and each strut comprises a notch along a break line at an outer intersection. The two leveling ridges are disposed on a proximal surface of the base.
Device for Positioning an Object Relatively to a Support by an Inflatable Air Cushion Member in Combination with a Support Block
The device comprises a combination of an inflatable air cushion member of a flexible but non-stretchable air tight sheet material and a support block. The inflatable air cushion member is formed as a bag unit comprising opposite layers of said sheet material provided face to face and joined along an edge area to form a double layer edge.

Level marking device for drywall installation
A level marking device for drywall installation is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the level marking device includes a body portion configured to be attached to a carpenter's level; and a pin member coupled to the body portion. In another embodiment, the level marking device includes a carpenter's level, the carpenter's level including a body portion and a level indicator for establishing a horizontal and/or vertical line or plane; and a pin member coupled to the carpenter's level. The pin member of the level marking device is configured to be positioned at the intersection of one side of a stud and an edge of drywall. The level marking device is configured to position one edge of the carpenter's level approximately aligned with a centerline of the stud so as to enable a guide line to be marked on the drywall that approximates the centerline of the stud.
