A drywall lifting apparatus is described which includes a base having one or more support features for supporting the drywall lifting apparatus on a floor. The drywall lifting apparatus further includes a hydraulic cylinder mounted, at a first portion of the hydraulic cylinder, to the base. The hydraulic cylinder has a second portion movable relative to the first portion through actuation of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder also includes a drywall support coupled to the second portion of the hydraulic cylinder and a human lift coupled to the drywall support or the second portion of the hydraulic cylinder.

A lift assembly supports a pole at a desired position extending upwardly from a lift to facilitate supporting a panel at a desired position over the lift. The lift is configured to couple to a scaffold. The lift also is configured to selectively slidably couple to a pole. The pole is configured to slide upwardly relative to the lift to raise the pole to a desired position extending upwardly from the lift.

A reliable swiveling fastening mechanism that allows a plate to be horizontally, obliquely and vertically fastened comprises, in the position of use: a vertical supporting profile to be arranged at the top of the mast, coaxially to the mast; two parallel backing plates mounted so as to swivel on the supporting profile and interconnected on one side by a plate carrier fastening component and on the other side by a U-shaped vertical position stop attached to the backing plates and arranged in such a way that the plate carrier fastening component is parallel to the supporting profile when the supporting profile is in contact with the vertical position stop; and a retractable stop supported by at least one backing plate so that the plate carrier fastening component forms an angle between 10? and 80? with the supporting profile when the supporting profile is in contact with the retractable stop.

A duct support device is provided. The device includes a clamp assembly having a channel dimensioned to removably secure to a support structure, wherein a width of the channel is selectively adjustable via actuation of a pair of clamp handles affixed to the clamp assembly. This invention is a drywall lift loader to be attached to or incorporated into a conventional drywall lift. The invention is comprised of components that collectively resemble a human arm with the shoulder mounted to the stem of a drywall lift, a shoulder hinge, an upper arm, elbow hinge, lower arm. wrist hinge and a fingered hand which, when lifted by means of a winch mounted onto the drywall lift stem above the loader shoulder and connected via winch belt to the loader hand, provides the ability to lift a sheet of standing drywall from the floor to the platform of a conventional drywall lift.
