Concrete rodder and methods of use and manufacture of same
Apparatus and method for screeding/rodding concrete (and method of manufacture of the same), comprising: a rigid base member configured to comprise a tight tolerance of levelness along its length, and a mounting structure for securely attaching a working layer; attachment of a preferably fiberglass working layer comprising a durable material deposited on the rigid base member and capable of being finished to a smooth surface suitable for advantageous direct contact with poured wet concrete.
Apparatus for screeding concrete
An apparatus for screeding concrete to produce a level finished surface includes a frame assembly having an integral screed head having at least one member for contacting said concrete, a leveling assembly secured to the frame assembly having a plurality of vertically adjustable leveling legs capable of extension and retraction and a plurality of wheels secured to the leveling legs, each capable of rotation around a vertical axis for steering.
GROOVED SURFACE CONCRETE FLOAT
A concrete float assembly includes an elongated finishing plate having patterns of fine grooves formed in and extending along a finishing surface of the plate. A handle member is secured to the plate to enable manipulation thereof.
SUBSTRATE TEXTURING TOOL WITH MOTORIZED LIFT
A smoothing platform; a brush frame; a brush combined to the brush frame; and an actuator attachable to the smoothing platform comprising a rod attachable to the brush frame for moving the brush frame relative to the smoothing platform between a raised position and a lowered position.
Concrete texturing devices and methods
Concrete texturing devices for use on an uncured concrete slab. The concrete texturing devices have a device body, one or more drive systems, at least one articulating arm, and at least one texturing structure. Also disclosed are methods of use.
Screed accessory for levelling uncured concrete surfaces
An accessory for levelling uncured concrete surfaces. The accessory includes a screed head with two height adjusting levelling cylinders (1), a slope cylinder (2), a coupling component (3), a blade (4), an auger (5), a roller (6), a vibrator (7) and a sprinkler system (8). The coupling component (3) includes a hand operated hinged latch with a hook able to be snapped in place in a single movement so as to pinch together the coupling component and a telescopic boom of a general-purpose vehicle. The slope cylinder (2) enables the screed head to be maintained continuously at ninety degrees to the horizontal.
HAND TOOL
A hand tool for levelling screed, the hand tool comprises a main body and a screed-levelling member, the screed levelling member comprises a first portion and a second portion joined together at a vertex, the first and second portion being non-colinear or non-coplanar, wherein the first portion is secured to the main body, and the second portion is configured to level screed in use.
Stair step jig assembly
A stair step jig assembly for smoothing treads on concrete steps includes a jig that is elongated to a predetermined length to extend along a full length of a tread on a concrete step for smoothing the tread before the concrete has cured. A riser adjustment is hingedly coupled to the jig and the riser adjustment unit abuts a concrete form that is positioned against the riser of the step adjacent to the tread upon which the jig is positioned. A leg is hingedly coupled to the jig and the leg slidably engages the riser adjustment such that each of the leg, the riser adjustment and the jig forms a triangle. The leg has engages a top of the riser of the step adjacent to tread upon which the jig is positioned for keeping the jig at a fixed angle on the tread.
ADJUSTABLE SCREED BOARD
An adjustable screed board includes an outer member elongated along a longitudinal axis of the adjustable screed board. The outer member includes a leveling surface. The adjustable screed board also includes an inner member elongated along the longitudinal axis and coupled to the outer member for sliding movement, relative to the outer member, along the longitudinal axis. The inner member includes a leveling surface configured to remain flush with the leveling surface of the outer member during relative sliding movement of the inner and outer members. The leveling surfaces of the inner and outer members are oriented to cooperatively define a bottommost edge of the adjustable screed board along a working length.
CONCRETE TEXTURING DEVICES AND METHODS
Concrete texturing devices for use on an uncured concrete slab. The concrete texturing devices have a device body, one or more drive systems, at least one articulating arm, and at least one texturing structure. Also disclosed are methods of use.
