Fire rated glass flooring
A fire rated glass flooring system having blast and/or seismic loading resistance, comprising: (a) a plurality of glass flooring units (100a, 100b), each unit comprising a first layer (116) of glass and a second layer (118) of glass, the two layers being positioned one above the other and separated by one or more load transferring means (120a, 120b), wherein the first layer of glass is a structural glass and the second layer of glass is a fire rated glass, and having an upper surface and an edge comprising a load-transferring means of the one or more load transferring means; (b) one or more beams (112), arranged, in use, to support the units, wherein, at a boundary between two adjacent flooring units, the two flooring units are arranged, in use, to be secured to a beam of the one or more beams; and (c) one or more expansion joints (110), each arranged, in use, at the boundary between two adjacent flooring units. Each expansion joint comprises: (i) two clips (200a, 200b), each clip being arranged, in use, to be connected to the load-transferring means in one of the two flooring units; (ii) a resilient seal (202) arranged, in use, to sit between the two clips, the seal extending substantially to the upper surface of the two units; and (iii) a drainage means (204), the drainage means being located substantially below the seal and the two clips, and arranged, in use, to capture and drain away any liquid which passes the seal.
Form-fitting Corner Protector Member or Profile for Facing and Finishing Inside Corners and Edges
A corner protector member for establishing and finishing a transition between a first surface, a second surface and a third surface, the first, second and third surfaces forming an inside corner. One corner protector embodiment includes a read face portion oriented inwardly in relation to the inside corner, which is securable to the inside corner, and from which integrally extends an external frontal or basal face portion, the lateral edges of which are securable alone or with the addition of an integral pin or barb to the inside corner, positively locking and engaging with the interior corner surfaces so as to firmly anchor therein and thereto.

INTERLOCKABLE MODULAR FLOOR TILE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING SAME
A modular floor tile has a first side and a second side opposite to the first side. The first side has a first male locking structure with a male locking end. The second side has a female locking structure with a locking receptacle, which has a receiving groove, a locking notch vertically adjacent the receiving groove, and a female locking end adjacent the locking notch, such that the male locking end of a first one of the floor tile is insertable into the receiving groove of a second one of the floor tile, and vertically movable from the receiving groove into the locking notch to engage with the female locking end of the second one of the floor tile, thereby engaging the first male locking structure of the first one of the floor tile with the female locking structure of the second one of the floor tile.
FIRE RATED GLASS FLOORING
A fire rated glass flooring system having blast and/or seismic loading resistance, comprising: (a) a plurality of glass flooring units (100a, 100b), each unit comprising a first layer (116) of glass and a second layer (118) of glass, the two layers being positioned one above the other and separated by one or more load transferring means (120a, 120b), wherein the first layer of glass is a structural glass and the second layer of glass is a fire rated glass, and having an upper surface and an edge comprising a load-transferring means of the one or more load transferring means; (b) one or more beams (112), arranged, in use, to support the units, wherein, at a boundary between two adjacent flooring units, the two flooring units are arranged, in use, to be secured to a beam of the one or more beams; and (c) one or more expansion joints (110), each arranged, in use, at the boundary between two adjacent flooring units. Tile with magnetic type material and covered with a layer of parchment and process thereof
The present invention relates generally to a tile or panel having at least one magnetic material embedded therein, and fully or partially covered with at least one layer of parchment. The invention also encompasses at least one discrete permanent magnet that is placed at an appropriate location within a panel or tile, and wherein at least a portion of the panel or tile and the at least one magnet are then optionally covered with at least one layer of at least one barrier material, and then at least one parchment layer partially or fully envelopes this assembly. The inventive tile having at least one magnetic type material can have at least one indicia or design on at least one surface, and the inventive tile can be magnetically attached to a wall or another panel having at least one magnetic type material to form a wall or panel surface.
Vinyl siding corner shield
A cover shield for the corner edge of a corner post of a structure having an elongated sheet of material folded in half along a first fold line to form a 90 degree angle. Both ends of the sheet are folded along second and third fold lines, to form a first and a second flap. First and second flaps are frictionally connected to the corner edges of the corner post.
VINYL SIDING CORNER SHIELD
A cover shield for the corner edge of a corner post of a structure having an elongated sheet of material folded in half along a first fold line to form a 90 degree angle. Both ends of the sheet are folded along second and third fold lines, to form a first and a second flap. First and second flaps are frictionally connected to the corner edges of the corner post.
TILE WITH MAGNETIC TYPE MATERIAL AND COVERED WITH A LAYER OF PARCHMENT AND PROCESS THEREOF
The present invention relates generally to a tile or panel having at least one magnetic material embedded therein, and fully or partially covered with at least one layer of parchment. The inventive tile having at least one magnetic type material can have at least one indicia or design on at least one surface, and the inventive tile can be magnetically attached to a wall or another panel having at least one magnetic type material to form a wall or panel surface.
