The anchor includes a housing for receiving a part of a tie rod fixing the two formwork panels and sealing means configured for sealing the anchor with respect to the formwork panel in which it is fixed and with respect to the tie rod housed in the housing of the anchor.
Formwork anchor receptacle
The present disclosure relates to a formwork anchor receptacle for arrangement on a bearing element of a formwork element, having a receptacle element, which has a receptacle opening for insertion of an anchor rod and a ball section for mounting on the mounting element of the formwork element, and having a retaining apparatus for retaining the receptacle element on the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the retaining apparatus has a spacer element for contacting the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the spacer element has an mounting opening for mounting on the receptacle element and a formwork device having such a formwork anchor receptacle.
Concrete form arrangement having form elements connected by anchor rod and method of producing the form arrangement
For one sided anchoring of two casing elements the invention proposes an anchor including an anchor rod with a thread and an anchor head that is rotationally fixed at the anchor rod to drive the anchor to rotate. A first reaction bearing is arranged at a fixed distance from the anchor head, wherein an enveloping tube that is arrangeable on the anchor rod is supported at the first reaction bearing, wherein a sleeve that forms a second reaction bearing for a casing element that is remote from the anchor head is arranged at another end of the enveloping tube. The invention facilitates one sided anchoring.
CLOSED WALL HOLD DOWNS
A closed wall hold down system is provided including at least one closed wall panel, at least one first tie rod, at least one second tie rod, at least one coupler nut, and at least one ratcheting take-up device. The at least one closed wall panel includes a bottom plate and a top plate. The at least one first tie rod projects through the bottom plate. The at least one coupler nut is coupled to the at least one first tie rod and to a first end of the at least one second tie rod. A second end of the at least one second tie rod extends through the top plate. The at least one ratcheting take-up device engages the second end of the at least one second tie rod. A method of installing the closed wall hold down system is also provided.
Vertical formwork with tie rod and tie rod anchor
According to one embodiment a vertical formwork is provided that includes at least one front formwork panel and one rear formwork panel that are arranged facing one another. The vertical form work also includes a rear anchor fixed to the rear panel, a front anchor fixed to the front formwork panel, and one tie rod (6) fixed to the front anchor and to the rear anchor. The rear anchor includes a support configured to be fixed to the rear formwork panel, and a nut coupled to said support. The nut includes a threaded hole configured for housing the threaded end of a tie rod. The threaded hole of the nut includes a first segment with an internal thread with a first core diameter and a second segment with an internal thread with a second core diameter, the first core diameter being greater than the second core diameter.
FORMWORK PANEL, FORMWORK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING A TIE ROD
The disclosure relates to a formwork panel comprising: a formwork panel member having a front side for delimiting a space to be filled with concrete, a back side opposite the front side and a through-opening extending from the front side to the back side for allowing passage of a tie rod therethrough, the through-opening having a first cross-sectional area; an adjustment member extending across the through-opening of the formwork panel member, the adjustment member having a through-hole with a second cross-sectional area smaller than the first cross-sectional area of the through-opening of the formwork panel member, the through-hole being moveable relative to the front side of the formwork panel member.
Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a formwork system and a method using such formwork panel.
VERTICAL FORMWORK AND AN ANCHOR FOR A VERTICAL FORM WORK
According to one embodiment a rear anchor assembly for a vertical formwork is provided that includes a dome plate having a spherical-shaped central section. The dome plate has an opening that extends through the spherical-shaped central section. The rear anchor assembly also includes a nut with a threaded hole configured for housing a threaded end of a tie rod. The nut includes a spherical portion arranged in the opening of the dome plate. The spherical portion of the nut and the spherical-shaped central section of the dome plate are coupled like a ball and socket joint. The rear anchor assembly also includes a support plate configured for being fixed to a rear formwork panel, the support plate including a housing in which the dome plate is arranged, the dome plate having freedom of radial movement with respect to the support plate inside the housing.
VERTICAL FORMWORK
Vertical formwork with tie rod and tie rod anchor
According to one embodiment a vertical formwork is provided that includes at least a front formwork panel and a rear formwork panel facing one another, a threaded tie rod, a spacing tube, a front anchor, and a rear anchor. The front anchor includes a nut and a stop element passed through by the tie rod arranged between the spacing tube and the nut, the stop element acting as a stop of the spacing tube in the final assembly position. The stop element is a tube capable of swiveling in the housing together with the tie rod during assembly and does not directly abut with the front formwork panel when it reaches the final assembly position, such that the stop element cannot move beyond its final assembly position.
