DRILL DRIVE SCAFFOLD SYSTEM
20230067310 · 2023-03-02 ·

An illustrated view of an exemplary scaffolding for providing access to high areas is presented. The scaffolding is useful for positioning the scaffolding at a desired height dependent on the need of the user. Also, the scaffolding provides a quick and easy way to erect, reduce the size of and reposition or re-height the scaffolding. The scaffolding is cost effective and re-uses a commonly owned tool to create a more efficient working with the scaffolding. The scaffolding is useful for framing, hanging and finishing drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Movable Scaffold

A movable scaffolding base for transporting an assembled scaffold along a ground surface comprising a frame, having a front, and a rear, and defining a horizontal plane when the assembled scaffold is attached thereto a drive motor, a steering actuator, a pair of rear wheels attached at the rear and driven by the drive motor to drive the frame, a pair of front wheels attached at the front which are rotated to effect steering by action of the steering actuator, a control system for controlling the drive motor and the steering actuator, a set of scaffold support posts attached to the frame that removably attach to vertical members of the assembled scaffold, and one or more outriggers, extending outwards from a first side of the frame to prevent rotation of the horizontal plane towards the side.

Roof-Mounted Building Access System

An improved building access system includes a turntable having an upper surface and a lower surface, a main tower attached to the turntable's upper surface, a boom tower pivotally attached to the turntable and disposed so as to form an angle with the main tower, and a balancing tower also pivotally attached to the turntable and also disposed so as to form an angle with the main tower. It also includes means for changing these angles between the main tower and, respectively, the boom tower and the balancing tower, and a cathead pivotally attached to the end of the boom tower which is opposite the end attached to the turntable. The inventive apparatus also includes pressure sensing devices located and disposed so as to measure the pressure at each mounting point where the main tower is attached to the turntable, along with one or more leveling rods disposed so that, as the boom tower is raised upwardly and the angle between the main tower and the boom tower decreases in value by an associated amount, the angle between the cathead and the boom tower decreases in value by the same amount. The turntable may further include at least one support arm configured so that the bending forces experienced by the turntable are transferred to a larger diameter support structure. The invention also includes an elongated beam member which is especially useful for forming box beams, which member has a pair of symmetrical planar side elements which are perpendicular to each other and which are also connected together by a diagonal element.

Vehicle mounted elevatable platform system
10143194 · 2018-12-04 · ·

An elevatable platform system for mounting on a vehicle having an elevatable platform elevatable by a collapsible support structure. The support structure is adapted to move the elevatable platform between a lowered position in which the elevatable platform is positioned at a height proximate to or below the height of the vehicle and an elevated position in which the elevatable platform is elevated above the vehicle. Support legs integrated into the support structure can be deployed from the support structure when the elevatable platform is elevated to further stabilize the elevated platform.

Vertically elevating mobile work platform

A mobile lifting apparatus includes (a) a bottom tower section having a first bottom sidewall and an opposed second bottom sidewall; (b) a top tower section coupled to and vertically translatable relative to the bottom tower section; (c) a work platform coupled to and vertically translatable with the top tower section; and (d) an elevating assembly operable to translate the top tower section relative to the bottom tower section between a raised position in which a work surface of the work platform is at an elevation above the bottom tower section, and a lowered position in which the top tower section and the work surface are at least partially nested within the bottom tower section with the work surface at an elevation below upper edges of the first and second bottom sidewalls for reducing the entry and exit height of the work platform.

MANUALLY-MOVED SCAFFOLDING
