PLASTIC FORMWORK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The plastic formwork includes a main member made of polypropylene, stone powder, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent mixed together, where the main member has a number of channels inside and the channels are sealed by caps. To produce the plastic formwork, polypropylene, stone powder, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent are stirred, heated, and melted together, and the mixture is driven through a mesh forming machine to produce the main member. Finally, caps are attached to the main member to seal the channels. The manufacturing process allows convenient, precise, and uniform addition of materials, thereby improving production efficiency and product stability. The formwork provides fire retardation, heat isolation, sound proof, water tightness, and reusability. Additionally, cement paste is prevented from flowing into the main member, thereby avoiding the breeding of bugs and molds.
PANEL FOR FORMWORK FOR VERTICAL CASTINGS
A panel for formwork for vertical castings, comprising: a frame for supporting a plane, the frame comprising two end posts and two end crossmembers, the two end crossmembers extending between two end posts, the plane being associated with a first portion of the frame, to be directed toward the inside of the formwork, the frame forming a quadrangular external perimetric border for the panel, the plane having an external perimetric border that substantially coincides with the external perimetric border of the frame; the panel has, at the corners of the perimetric border, at least some of the edges that are only partially sharp.
Ceiling table and ceiling formwork comprising such a ceiling table
A ceiling table for a partial formwork of a concrete ceiling. The ceiling table has at least one formwork element, in particular multiple formwork elements, which can be assembled on a lower frame of the ceiling table in a nondestructive manner and which can be disassembled from the lower frame. The ceiling table has a support skeleton on which at least one formwork element, in particular multiple formwork elements, is/are arranged. The support skeleton can have multiple braces which can be connected together and separated from one another in a nondestructive manner. The support skeleton preferably has a pair of main supports, in particular parallel running main supports, on which a pair of edge supports and at least one central support that is arranged between the edge supports are arranged. The edge supports and the central support run preferably parallel to one another.
Formwork panel assembly with releasable connecting member and method of removing the formwork
This disclosure relates to a formwork panel assembly to mold upwardly extending building features such as columns or walls, that extend between adjacent floor slabs. In one aspect, the formwork panel assembly comprises at least two surface forming elements, and at least one connecting element adapted for removable location between the two surface forming elements, where adjacent edges of the surface forming elements abut against the connecting element so that the resulting formwork assembly forms a single, continuous casting surface, and wherein in use, the or each connecting element is separately releasable from the formwork assembly once a concrete surface has been formed.
ADJUSTABLE MARGINAL WALL FOR FORM PANELS USED FOR CASTING CASTABLE MATERIAL AND METHOD OF CASTING CASTABLE MATERIAL
A form panel with a marginal wall for casting castable material, which has an edge to be positioned near an external surface and a fixed support for attachment to the form panel, fingers movably carried by the fixed support and movable relative to the edge of the form panel between an extracted and retracted position. The fingers extending beyond the edge of the form panel edge in their extracted position, the fingers having a load-bearing surface for retaining castable material slurry, and an actuation mechanism for moving the fingers between the positions. The fingers are movably carried by the fixed support such that at least some of the fingers are movable with respect to the others for forming a marginal barrier between the edge of the form panel and the external surface.
Ceiling Table and Ceiling Formwork Comprising Such a Ceiling Table
The invention relates to a ceiling table (10) for a partial formwork of a concrete ceiling. The ceiling table (10) has at least one formwork element, in particular multiple formwork elements, which can be assembled on a lower frame (16) of the ceiling table (10) in a nondestructive manner and which can be disassembled from the lower frame (16). The ceiling table (10) has a support skeleton (14) on which at least one formwork element, in particular multiple formwork elements, is/are arranged. The support skeleton (14) can have multiple braces which can be connected together and separated from one another in a nondestructive manner. The support skeleton preferably has a pair of main supports, in particular parallel running main supports, on which a pair of edge supports and at least one central support that is arranged between the edge supports are arranged. The edge supports and the central support run preferably parallel to one another. The invention further relates to a ceiling formwork comprising such a ceiling table (10).
