Adjustable beam
An adjustable beam may include an elongate member extending between a first end and a second end, a first connector pivotably coupled to the first end, and a second connector pivotably coupled to the second end. The first and second connectors each are configured to be releasably coupled to neighboring supporting beams and other adjustable beams.
Formwork support comprising a hollow profile web, stiffened by an internal framework, as a flange connector
A formwork support for supporting concrete formworks in the construction sector, comprising an upper flange and a lower flange, which are connected to one another via a hollow profile web such that they are at an invariant distance in relation to one another, wherein the hollow profile web is stiffened inside by framework struts.
Secondary joist profile for grid systems
A joist for a formwork grid construction component system is disclosed. Typical joists (sometimes referred to as secondary beams) span a distance of approximately six feet (when fully connected). By strengthening the joist using an altered profile while maintaining interoperable external dimensions, the span distance may be increased. That is, by forming the joists with the disclosed profile, joists can be made longer (e.g., have an eight foot connected span) and maintain appropriate strength or even have an increased weight tolerance. Formwork grid systems are used in construction of buildings and other structures. Interoperability with existing components is maintained by the disclosed joist profile adhering to the same external functional form factor as existing joists. The external form factor being the same allows joists constructed in accordance with this disclosure to properly function with existing formwork grid construction components.
BEAM FOR FORMWORK SYSTEMS
A beam for formwork systems, with a transverse cross-section that is symmetrical with respect to an axis of symmetry and having, in succession:
a first portion with two C-shaped profiles, which are arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to the axis of symmetry, with mutually opposite cores and cavities directed outward, connected by a plate for connection between two mirror-symmetrical wings thereof,
a connecting element, which extends along the direction of the axis of symmetry, between the plate for connection and a base,
a second portion with two protrusions which extend from the base and are provided with transverse end elements.
STRINGER
A stringer for a modular scaffolding system. The stringer has a lower base, a web extending upwardly from the lower base, and a channel extending upwardly from the web, the channel having at its upper edge a pair of base flanges extending outwardly therefrom and having along a length of its inner wall a flange, wherein an insert shaped complementary to the channel and having a recess disposed along its length complementary to the flange is slidable into the channel.
Bearing Plate of an Integrated Construction System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a load bearing ledger fitting, a modular header beam, a perimeter safety deck, a multi-purpose bearing plate, and a mega-shore bearing plate of an integrated construction system.
Panel assembly for forming a floor of a construction component
A prop head assembly is configured to be fixedly connected to a vertically-extending construction column, and also configured to support a horizontal construction beam assembly once the prop head assembly is fixedly connected to the vertically-extending construction column. The prop head assembly includes a first beam-locating feature and a second beam-locating feature. The first beam-locating feature is configured to selectively receive, at least in part, a beam-reference portion. The second beam-locating feature is also configured to receive the beam-reference portion once the beam-reference portion is inadvertently displaced away from the first beam-locating feature and from the vertically-extending construction column and toward the second beam-locating feature.
