MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR PROVIDING ON-SITE PROTECTION
The present invention relates to a modular assembly, a site factory, for at least partially enclosing a site during construction of a structure. The modular assembly comprising: a plurality of portal frames, each portal frame comprising two columns and a roof beam, each column and roof beam comprising a plurality of pre-assembled units; a jack-up frame for each column; at least two first rails, each of the first rails being mounted to at least one of the roof beams; at least one second rail slidably mounted to the at least two first rails; and a plurality of panels of a flexible material configured to provide a full enclosure of the site and mounted above the roof beam. The or each second rail is configured to slidably receive at least one lifting device. The pre-assembled units are configured o be connected on site, and lifted using said jack-up frames, to form the portal frames, and wherein each first rail, and the or each second rail are configured to be mounted on the portal frames on site.
METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A WEATHER-PROTECTING ROOF TRUSS AND A WEATHER-PROTECTING ROOF TRUSS BUNDLE
Disclosed is a method for the installation of a roof truss on an upper part of a building. A roof truss package includes multiple trusses spaced from each other to be mounted on top of upper runners on the building's opposite walls. The method includes using a prefabricated roof truss package in which the individual trusses are disposed side by side in a bundle, with weather protection present in a pleated condition on top of the bundle. The bundle is unfolded at construction site in such a way that the adjacent trusses become locked at a certain distance from each other by brace members included in the trusses and at the same time the weather protection unfolds to cover the trusses and the intervening space. Finally, the individual trusses are fastened to the upper runners. Also disclosed is a prefabricated roof truss package which is provided with a weather protection.
Construction method for protecting a surface of a structure
A construction method for protecting a surface of a structure is provided to protect interior and exterior surfaces of the structure before construction starts. The construction method is executed by laying a soft base material on the surfaces of the structure and covering the base material with a quick setting cement material to form a leveled cement plate with great wear resistance and pressure resistance whereby the surfaces are not damaged by any improper force derived from the construction. Thus, the construction efficiency is increased. The base material on which the quick setting cement material is laid can be easily removed from the surfaces of the structure without tools because the base material is not adhered to the surfaces. The base material can also be reused after being separated from the quick setting cement material to prevent the occurrence of environmental pollution and reduce the cost of construction.
TEMPORARY BUILDING ENCLOSURE
A temporary enclosure for enveloping a building under renovation, having a flexible cover material and a rigid support frame supporting the flexible cover material, where the rigid support frame has enclosure wall supports and scaffolding connecting the enclosure wall supports and the building, thereby reducing inclement weather access to the building during the renovation.
Containment shroud system
An apparatus and method for the containment of vertical structures using a flexible, collapsible, and movable shroud. The shroud containment system protects the surrounding environment by catching liquid and solid debris and contaminants from the inside and protects the enshrouded structure and workers from wind, debris, contaminants, and precipitation on the outside as well as providing enhanced protection against falling persons and equipment. The shroud also conceals the vertical structure in whole or in part and greatly eases the setup, takedown, and relocation of the shroud along the axis of the vertical structure due to its modular, impermanent design and method of erection, collapse, and translation.
Column Climbing Building Site Protection Device, System and Method
A device for raising a temporary wall to enclose an area includes a main body, a drive wheel attached centrally to the main body, a motor mounted on the main body and configured to drive the drive wheel, and a hook portion attached each end of the main body. Each hook portion has an arm member extending from the main body, a wheel support member extending from the arm member, the wheel support member extending substantially parallel to the main body, a wheel attached to the wheel support member on a surface facing the main body, and a depth adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a depth of the device by adjusting a length of the arm member. The device also includes a width adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a width of a gap between the wheel support members and a loop member attached to the main body.
Method of Forming a Temporary Wall System
A method of forming a temporary wall system is disclosed. The method includes attaching a track to a floor and attaching cover panels including tongue and groove systems to the front and the rear surfaces of separate insulation layers to form several wall panels. In one embodiment, the method includes attaching the wall panels to each other via the tongue and groove systems disposed on the cover panels to form a wall and then mounting the wall onto the track to form an upstanding temporary wall. In another embodiment, the method includes first mounting the wall panels onto the track and then attaching the wall panels to each other via the tongue and groove systems while on the track to form the wall.
Visually Distinctive Tarpaulins And Kits Thereof
A tarpaulin kit is provided and includes a receptacle and a plurality of sheets of material, each sheet of a sufficient size to cover a standard-sized area, each sheet of material within the kit comprising a flexible material marked with a distinctive marking and color combination identifying a particular standard-sized area. A display element displays the plurality of sheets of material enabling a purchaser or user to customize a particular set of sheets of material.

Weather resistant temporary wall system and method
A weather resistant temporary wall system and method useful for forming a temporary barrier during building construction or renovation includes a series of modular wall panels that may be removably fit together in the size needed. The wall panels have complimentary shaped edge profiles that form a protective barrier against water penetration. The wall panels may be assembled on site in vertically stacked relationship between a pair of support posts which extend from floor to ceiling. The side edges of the wall panels have edge profiles that are complimentary in shape to the side edges of the support posts such that the panels may be removably attached to the support posts. The wall panels may further include a string reinforced polyethylene material for increased strength.
