A CORNER ASSEMBLY, A STRUCTURAL FRAME COMPRISING SAID CORNER ASSEMBLY, AND THE USE OF THE CORNER ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates a corner assembly for use in a structural frame, said corner assembly comprises a housing defining a first and a second groove arranged at a predetermined angle to each other, and wherein the first groove is arranged for telescopically receiving and/or displacing a first elongated structural element and the second groove is arranged for telescopically receiving and/or displacing a second elongated structural element, and wherein the corner assembly further comprises a first and a second locking mechanisms arranged for independently of each other releasably fastening the first and second elongated structural element in the corresponding first and second groove. Since both the first and second locking mechanism is arranged for individually securing/fastening an elongated structural element to the corner assembly, the telescopic extension/displacement of each elongated structural element can be individually and independently adjusted irrespectively of the extension/displacement of the other elongated structural element.

Roof cover system improvement
A roof cover of a building under construction includes a heat shrinkable film stretched over the roof framing of said building under construction. The film brought into conformity with said roof framing through application of heat. The film may be formed by a number of adjoining sheets or strips of material.

ADAPTABLE, TEMPORARY LANDSCAPE PROTECTION STRUCTURE
Systems and methods for providing adaptable, reusable, temporary landscape protection at job sites are provided. Temporary structures are constructed which extend over the landscape features when installed. Protective cloths are placed over the temporary structures while work is performed and are subsequently removed. The temporary structures are deconstructed for reconstruction in different form at different job sites to protect different landscape features. The temporary structures may be of various size and shape, specific to the landscape features.
ROOF AND WALL COVER SYSTEM
A method of providing covers over at least a portion of a roof of a storm damaged built structure that includes the steps of: applying a sheet of heat shrinkable film over the portion of the roof, the sheet having a leading edge and a trailing edge and being a film of low density polyethylene including shrinking resins; wrapping portions of the leading edge around a first batten and attaching the first batten to the underside of a first eave or to the facia of the built structure; wrapping portions of the trailing edge around a second batten and attaching the second batten to the underside of a second eave or to the facia of the built structure at a location different than the first batten; and heating the sheet of heat shrinkable film to bring the film into conformity with the portion of the roof, wherein the heating step shrinks the sheet of film tight against the built structure to cover over the portion of the roof.

MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR PROVIDING ON-SITE PROTECTION
The present invention relates to a modular assembly, a site factory, for at least partially enclosing a site during construction of a structure. The modular assembly comprising: a plurality of portal frames, each portal frame comprising two columns and a roof beam, each column and roof beam comprising a plurality of pre-assembled units; a jack-up frame for each column; at least two first rails, each of the first rails being mounted to at least one of the roof beams; at least one second rail slidably mounted to the at least two first rails; and a plurality of panels of a flexible material configured to provide a full enclosure of the site and mounted above the roof beam. The or each second rail is configured to slidably receive at least one lifting device. The pre-assembled units are configured o be connected on site, and lifted using said jack-up frames, to form the portal frames, and wherein each first rail, and the or each second rail are configured to be mounted on the portal frames on site.

Modular construction shelter
A modular construction shelter for protecting workers and equipment or building materials adjacent a building wall. The shelter comprises a plurality of substantially identical lightweight panels that can be interconnected interchangeably into wall and roof sections. Each panel comprises a rectangular frame of flat-edged frame members covered by a lightweight sheet of flexible weatherproof cover material such as clear plastic, with interconnection features such as aligned bores for clips or bolts formed through the frame members behind the plastic sheeting to secure the panels to one another. Each flexible weatherproof cover includes an overlap flap of the sheet material extending beyond lower and first-side edges of the frame, the overlap flap including interior-facing fastener material to mate with corresponding exterior-facing fastener material formed on the outside faces of the upper and second-side frame members of adjacent panels.
