Perimeter protection system for a horizontal formwork system, and method of assembly of a perimeter protection system
A perimeter protection system for protecting operators against lateral falling when installing formwork panels in a horizontal formwork system. According to one embodiment the perimeter protection system includes a perimeter protection structure configured for being fixed, in a working position, to the horizontal formwork system, and at least one auxiliary device configured for being fixed to the horizontal formwork system and for fixing the perimeter protection structure to the horizontal formwork system. The auxiliary device includes guiding means collaborating with a guide of the perimeter protection structure for positioning the perimeter protection structure in an initial assembly position. In the initial assembly position the structure is configured to be raised up to an intermediate position where it is permitted to swing until it is positioned in the working position.
ASSEMBLY CONSISTING OF A CLIMBING RAIL AND A CLIMBING LIFT RAIL FOR A RAIL-GUIDED
The invention relates to an assembly consisting of a climbing rail and a climbing lift rail, which can be moved relative to the climbing rail and is guided by the climbing rail, for a rail-guided climbing system which can be used in particular as a climbing formwork, a climbing frame, a climbing protection wall, and/or a climbing working platform and which comprises climbing shoes that can be arranged on a building structure in a stationary manner and a lifting device that is fixed to the climbing rail at one end and to the climbing lift rail at the other end. The climbing rail is guided by the climbing shoes, wherein the climbing rail and the climbing lift rail can each be suspended on at least one of the climbing shoes in the direction opposite the climbing direction and can be unhooked from the at least one of the climbing shoes in the climbing direction and moved relative to the at least one of the climbing shoes. A fixing means is provided in order to fix the climbing rail and the climbing lift rail to each other in a reversibly releasable manner independently of a fixation to each other by means of the lifting device.
Anchor
An anchor for arrangement in a building element, in particular in a wall, in a ceiling or in a precast concrete part. The anchor includes an anchoring element for anchoring in a receiving opening of the building element comprising an undercut, a connecting element for connection to a supporting element, in particular to a platform for formwork, or to a support arm for a protective shield, or to a lifting element for lifting the building element. In some aspects, the anchoring element is movable between an anchoring position for anchoring in the receiving opening and a release position for removal from the building element. The anchor may additionally include a securing element which blocks the movement of the anchoring element between the anchoring position and the release position in a first position and releases the anchoring element in a second position.
Safety barrier netting system
A system for substantially enclosing the periphery of a building top with a netting system which is easily and efficiently movable or reconfigurable during the building construction process comprises a lightweight netting system for extending above a completed work area or floor, a strong lightweight structural support system for the netting, wherein the structural support system is vertically adjustable via slidable engagement with brackets attached to the floors which are already completed, provides enhanced safety for workers and for pedestrians below by preventing passage of workers or debris through the netting and enhances efficiency of construction by providing an easily reconfigurable, inexpensive and lightweight system for providing such enhanced safety.
Platform system
A platform system includes a support structure of variable length; a platform mountable on the support structure; and a plurality of platform supports for supporting the platform. At least one of the platform supports is slideably mounted on the support structure such that it is slideable with respect to the support structure. At least one of the platform supports includes a spacing element, which extends between that platform support and an adjacent one of the platform supports and engages the adjacent platform support, such that the maximum spacing between those platform supports is limited by the spacing element.
Fall protection guardrail
A fall protection guardrail system and method used for construction of multi-story wood-framed buildings, which comprises a support bracket comprised of an attachment member and a pole support, and further comprises a pole with integrated rail supports. For a framed wall that is lying in a horizontal position, the support bracket is easily attached to a framing member of the framed wall, and the pole is inserted into the pole support. Then the framed wall is moved into the vertical position and secured to other framing. When the floor or roof is placed atop the framed wall, rails are inserted into the rail supports and secured. When the building is finished, the guardrail support system is easily removed, disassembled, and reusable. In some embodiments, a scaffolding frame may be attached to the support bracket, and the pole inserted into the scaffolding frame.
Hydraulic arrangement having linked hydraulic units, climbing formwork, and method for moving the climbing formwork using such a hydraulic arrangement
A hydraulic arrangement. The hydraulic arrangement has multiple hydraulic units, the control units of which are connected, in particular in series, via a data connection. The control units are preferably designed to control selectively only hydraulic cylinders directly associated with said units, or also indirectly control, via the data connection and the control unit of an additional hydraulic unit, the hydraulic cylinders associated with said additional hydraulic unit. A climbing formwork having at least one climbing unit, in particular multiple climbing units. The hydraulic units can be linked via the data connection such that synchronous lifting and/or lowering of all climbing units can be or is achieved. The hydraulic units are preferably connected in a master-slave arrangement or are preferably controlled in a master-slave mode. Also preferably, the hydraulic units are designed to switch from the master-slave mode to the stand-alone mode.
Supporting and guiding device for a climbing formwork beam and such beam
A supporting and guiding device for a climbing formwork beam and to such beam, comprising a supporting body to be coupled to a building structure, with which supporting means for the beam are associated, and at least one pair of guiding pins for the beam which can be activated by snap action transversely on opposite sides with respect to the beam and are adapted to be arranged in front of portions thereof.
Facade panel system and method of erecting a multi-storey structure and facade
A facade assembly for a vehicle parking structure comprising a facade panel arranged to form part of an exterior of the structure. The facade assembly includes at least one support member extending inwardly of the panel and into the structure in use for connection with a floor of the structure. The support member is arranged to include one or more attachments.
METHOD OF ERECTING A MULTI-STOREY STRUCTURE AND FACADE
A method of erecting a multi-storey structure having a facade disposed around at least a portion of a perimeter of the multi-storey structure, wherein during construction, at least a portion of the facade is disposed to extend beyond an upper work area of the structure and forms at least part of a safety barrier for that work area.
