The portable cart includes a frame with a handle and single set of right and left wheels accommodates two containers holding the hardening components. The containers may be pails or buckets or bag-in-box containers that may be compressed and collapsed after use to reduce waste requirements. The boxes and/or bags may also be biodegradable for a more environmentally friendly solution.

Methods are provided for repairing an existing structure to cover at least a portion of the existing structure with a repair structure. Such methods comprise mounting one or more standoff retainers to the existing structure; coupling one or more standoffs to the standoff retainers such that the standoffs extend away from the existing structure; coupling one or more cladding panels to the standoffs such that the panels are spaced apart from the structure to provide a space therebetween; and introducing a curable material to the space between the panels and the existing structure, the panels acting as at least a portion of a formwork for containing the curable material until the curable material cures to provide a repair structure cladded, at least in part, by the panels. Corresponding apparatus for effecting such methods are also provided.

The present disclosure is directed towards a kit for approximating texture of a building surface (e.g., a wall or ceiling). The kit can include a repair compound, a texture holding material, and optionally one or material to textured more pressing and shaping tools. The texture holding compound can be used to create a mold or stamp of surface texture in a non-damaged area of the building surface needing repair. The texture mold can be used to impart consistent surface texture to the repair compound as it dries, allowing a repaired area to at least approximate the texture of the area of the building surface surrounding the repaired area. The tool, if provided, can include a planar surface that can be used to conform the texture holding material to the surface texture, maintain contact between the texture mold and the repair compound to impart the mimicked texture, or both.

Methods are provided for repairing an existing structure to cover at least a portion of the existing structure with a repair structure. The present apparatus and method relates in general to sealing a hole in a floor with a precast plug. A precast plug is created by pouring a wet aggregate mix into a form mold and thereafter inserting a pre formed rod into the uncured mixture, positioning it such that the center of the rod rests in the center of the form mold and the ends of the rod extend outward near the top of the form mold. The mix is then cured. The precast plug may then be transported to the hole that it is destined to fix. Grooves may be carved on either side of the hole to accommodate the rod's ends. The interior of the hole and the exterior of the plug may then be covered with a sealant, after which the plug may be inserted into the hole. Once the sealant cures, the hole is fully repaired.
