JOIST SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A flooring system has at least one girder, a first joist coupled to a first side of the girder, and a second joist coupled to a second side of the girder. The flooring system further comprises a joist tightening system that has a first end coupled to the first joist and a second end coupled to the second joist, the joist tightening system pulls the first joist and the second joist toward the girder thereby tightening the first joist and the second joist.
Treating particulate and connecting slab portions
A method of treating particulate, in substance including selecting a load based on a planned in use loading of the particulate; applying the load to the particulate; injecting material below the load; and removing the load.
METHOD OF STRAIGHTENING AND REINFORCING A BLOCK WALL
A method of straightening a block wall having an inwardly bowed shape in a central region between an upper end and a lower end includes mounting a tensile member between the upper end and the lower end of the block wall. A tension force is applied on the tensile member to apply a compression force on the bowed block wall for a period of time until the bow in the block wall is straightened to a desired amount. Once the bowed block wall is straightened by a desired amount, a reinforcement member is applied to the straightened block wall.
Hole repair
A hole repair assembly includes a support. A connector is fastenable to the support. A closure can connect to the support with the connector. The support, connector and closure are configured so that the support and the closure can be connected and spaced from each other with the connector. One or more retaining members are arranged on one or both of the support and the connector to extend from the connector.
Floor Support
The present disclosure provides a support system comprising a post, said post extending upward vertically from a pad and further comprising upper and lower ends, wherein said lower end is secured to a lower flange; and a joist flange secured to the post opposite the lower flange; wherein the lower flange is secured to the post via a frictional fit.

Method of repairing cracked concrete
A method of repairing concrete having a crack, including cutting an elongated slot across the crack. Inserting an elongated rigid grid into the slot to extend across the crack, the rigid grid having a length dimension greater than a width dimension which is greater than a thickness dimension, the rigid grid defining a plurality of openings there through that extend toward opposites sides of the slot; and adhering the elongated rigid grid in the slot with an adhesive that flows into at least some of the plurality of openings. The rigid grid can be formed from a rigidified fabric grid, a wire mesh, or metal.
