Passenger and Vehicle Elevator System
20180002941 · 2018-01-04 ·

The passenger and vehicle elevator system includes a plurality of elevator cars arrayed substantially equidistantly and equiangularly from a central shaft of the building (B). Each elevator car (12, 14, 16) includes a housing and at least one door (54). The housing has a floor, a ceiling, and at least one sidewall. A linearly translating platform (50) is mounted on the floor of each of the housings. The linearly translating platform (50) is adapted for automatically carrying the vehicle (V) and the at least one passenger through the at least one door (54). Further, the vehicle (V) may be rotated within the housing by driven rotation of the platform (50) or the floor, allowing for selective angular positioning of the vehicle (V) with respect to the housing. The elevator car (12) ascends and descends within a corresponding elevator shaft in a manner similar to that of a conventional elevator.

HOUSE

A space configuration of a house is provided, in which the continuity from the inside of a room to a semi-outdoor space is created in various directions to give a feeling of openness in a large area inside of the room. Windows capable of daylighting and ventilation are provided respectively in two wall surfaces of a room so as to each have an opening width accounting for ½ or more of a corresponding wall length of the wall surfaces. One window has an opening that accounts for a whole ceiling height of the room, and a doorway is provided in the opening. On the outside of the one window, a semi-outdoor space including an exterior floor and an eaves ceiling is largely extended.

Modular integrated building and construction method thereof

Disclosed herewith a modular integrated building and a construction method thereof. The building comprises multiple prefabricated room units (1). A bottom of a load-bearing structure of the prefabricated room unit (1) is provided with a semi-prefabricated connecting port (2). Reinforcing bars arranged at a top of the prefabricated room unit (1) of a next floor are inserted in the connecting port (2) and thus connected with reinforcing bars arranged therein, so that the prefabricated room units (1) of two adjacent floors are connected with each other through in-situ casting concrete in the connecting port (2). A cast-in-situ concrete interlayer (3) is arranged on a top plate (11) of the prefabricated room unit (1) of a next floor, for connecting adjacent prefabricated room units (1) of a same floor together.

A method of erecting a multi-storey structure is disclosed. During construction, at least a portion of a perimeter facade of the structure is disposed to extend at least two storeys height beyond an upper work area of the structure and forms at least part of a safety barrier for that work area and wherein in erecting the multi-story structure, at least one further floor of the structure is erected over the upper work area. The further floor forming a respective subsequent upper work area of the structure, and wherein at least a portion of the facade is disposed to extend at least one storey height beyond the uppermost of the subsequent work areas.

HOUSE

In a house having a standard two-story building height, an inner living space is provided, which gives a feeling of spaciousness and openness. A house includes: a first floor; a second floor; a higher second floor as a skip floor positioned substantially a half story higher than the second floor and being led from the second floor; and a gable roof provided above these floors. The higher second floor is provided along a gable end wall of the gable roof on at least one side to spread across a full width of the gable end wall. An upper area of the higher second floor is integrated with an attic space under the gable roof.

Connection system and method for prefabricated volumetric construction modules

The invention provides a prefabricated volumetric construction module having connection mechanism for securing to other similar modules. A prefabricated volumetric construction module includes a self-supporting structure and pairs of corner castings arranged at least at the corners of the structure. During building construction, the modules are assembled and secured together using connection rods and interlocking plates to provide vertical securement between vertically adjoining modules and horizontal securement between horizontally adjoining modules.
