Genset enclosures with low acoustic noise

An enclosure for a genset comprises a container defining an internal volume for housing the genset. The container comprises a container floor, a container roof, a pair of container sidewalls disposed parallel to a longitudinal axis of the container, and a pair of container endwalls disposed at longitudinal ends of the container. A side cap is positioned parallel to each of the pair of container sidewalls along a longitudinal length of the container, each of the side caps sealed to edges of the corresponding container sidewall so as to define an acoustic cavity therebetween.

The first panel member includes a first base member, a first wall extending outwardly from an outer edge of the first base member, and a first flange extending inwardly from an upper end of the first wall. The first insulating member is disposed between the first wall of the first panel member and a third wall of the second panel member. The second insulating member is disposed between the first base member of the first panel member and a second base member of the second panel member. A gap is disposed between an inner edge of the first flange of the first panel member and a second wall of the second panel member in an extension direction of the first flange.

OUTDOOR SEISMIC EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURES

An outdoor seismic cabinet assembly includes a base located at an outdoor deployment location and a cabinet for housing electronic equipment coupled to the base. The assembly also includes a first post disposed adjacent to a first sidewall of the cabinet and coupled to the base, a second post disposed adjacent to a second sidewall of the cabinet and coupled to the base, and a cross-member disposed adjacent to a top portion of the cabinet. At least one first bracket is coupled to the first post and to the cross-member and at least one second bracket is coupled to the second post and to the cross-member. Other example outdoor seismic cabinet assemblies and seismic cabinet conversion kits are also disclosed.

Enclosure segments for forming an enclosure for an engine generator set

A genset enclosure includes a frame system, a plurality of side panels, a plurality of roof panels, a first connector, and a second connector. The frame system includes a plurality of interconnected frame members. The plurality of side panels are coupled to opposing sides of the frame system. The plurality of roof panels are coupled to a roof of the frame system and extend between the opposing sides of the frame system. The plurality of roof panels are oriented perpendicular to the plurality of side panels. The frame system, the plurality of side panels, and the plurality of roof panels together define an enclosure portion having a first open end and a second open end. The first connector and second connector are engageable with one another and are coupled to the frame system along a perimeter of the first open end and the second open end, respectively.

Movable Wall Storage Device
20230033709 · 2023-02-02 ·

The present invention relates to a movable wall storage device comprised of a front wall, a rear wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a floor and a roof. The bottom edges of the roof are further comprised of a track that receives a roller located on the top edges of the first and second side walls. In this manner, the side walls can be slid along the track to expose the interior surface of the device. The device may also be comprised of a movable sub-floor that slides outwards from the interior space. Both the sub-floor and the sidewalls allow a user to easily place or remove large items into the interior space of the device, without having to step into the interior space or struggle to move the item through a door or other similar structure.

Modular protective enclosure for outdoor equipment

A protective enclosure for equipment located outside, such as, for example pipeline and wellhead valves, dewatering pumps, etc. includes a wall frame assembly constructed of a plurality of vertical frame members that are connected together at their tops and bottoms by a plurality of angle-iron members. Wall assemblies comprising insulated wall panels that are connected in a side-by-side relation by tongue-and-grove couplings are attached to the wall frame with the bottoms thereof supported on angle-iron members that connect the bottoms of the vertical frame members. A roof assembly can be attached to the wall frame in a stationary fashion or in a movable fashion to allow the roof to open, permitting access into the enclosure for servicing equipment housed therein. The enclosure has other features as described in the specification in further detail.

Portable housing for use with portable electric generators
11621603 · 2023-04-04 ·

A protective housing is formed of a set wall panels, a base panel, and a lid panel that interlock to form the housing, but may also be taken apart and stored as a stack of two-dimensional panels when not in use. The various panels interlock via configurations internal to the housing itself, so that once an external lock is placed to secure the access door to the front wall panel, it is completely self-contained and impossible to dismantle or otherwise take apart the individual components of the housing from the outside. The rear wall and/or a side wall are formed to include exhaust locations for an included generator, thus requiring no additional ventilation system to be separately constructed and included. The walls may be formed of steel, high density plastic, fiberglass, or other suitable rugged material appropriate for use in structures exposed to the environment.
