A panel-post connector plate 16 for connecting a fence post 12 to an adjacent fence panel 14. The panel-post connector plate 16 comprises a plate body 84 having a post-receiving aperture 86 for receiving at least part of the fence post 12 therethrough, and a fastener receiving aperture 92 for receiving a fastener to attach the plate body 84 to a panel-body of the adjacent fence panel 14. A header-rail engagement member 94 is at or adjacent to the plate body 84, the header-rail engagement member 94 receivable in the header rail 26 of the adjacent fence panel 14. A temporary rail support device, a gravel-board retaining element, a fence post and a fence are also described.

A metal fencing system is provided. The metal fencing system can include a plurality of metal fence posts and a plurality of retaining clips, each metal fence post comprising a plurality of discrete apertures arranged to receive a coupling portion of a retaining clip; wherein each retaining clip comprises a central fencing wire securing portion and two opposing coupling portions arranged in use to cooperate with the discrete apertures and to secure the retaining clip to the metal fence post.

A modular system of fencing components that can simulate the appearance and texture of traditional fencing materials is provided having novel connection and support components and systems to accommodate for thermal expansion while remaining strong, lightweight, easy to install and repair, and cost effective.

A customizable screen comprising spaced apart posts, each post being assemblable, a plurality of reversible slats retained between the spaced apart posts, and means for spacing and forming gaps between one or more of the plurality of slats individually or in groups at a desired distance from another one or more groups of slats. A fence stake includes a horizontal rod and a plurality of vertical rods attached to the horizontal rod or integrally formed with the horizontal rod. The plurality of vertical rods includes a set of capped rods and a set of capless rods. The set of capped rods and the set of capless rods alternate along the horizontal rod. Each capped rod includes a body portion, a cap tapering into the body portion, and a tapered end. The tapered end of the capped rod is a sharp end in one implementation. The plurality of vertical rods is perpendicular to the horizontal rod. A plurality of vertical rods includes rods of the same length. The rods are in the shape of a cylinder, a prism, a triangular prism or an oval prism, and made of metal or synthetic materials.

A prefabricated modular fencing system comprises first and second fence panels, each panel having opposing side ends. Each side end carries outboard connectors. The connectors have upper sides defining one of a concavity and a convexity and have lower sides defining the other of a concavity and a convexity, and the connectors define a bore within each convexity. The convexity of a connector carried by the first fence panel may be complementary with and interfitted within the concavity of another connector carried by the second fence panel, to assemble the first and second fence panels together. A post is disposed through the bores of interfitted connectors.

A privacy and sound barrier fence system and apparatus is disclosed. The fence is erected with interlocking horizontal or vertical panels which are held in place by posts at the ends of the boards. The boards are equipped with a tongue and groove system, configured to enable the boards to interlock, forming a solid wall segment. Each segment, referred to as a module, may be connected at a 90-degree angle, to permit a turn in the fence. Adjustable mounting points on the posts allow for the modules to be disposed in a step orientation or at a slope for non-level terrain. The boards ensure that the erected fence remains aesthetically pleasing from both the front and rear of the fence. A Santa Fe embodiment of the fence system does not employ any structural rain reinforcement connecting the posts and is capable of withstanding hurricane-strength winds.

A cap assembly is shown for a right of way line marker which includes a cap body with a conical exterior and an end opening. A mounting assembly including a lower, stationary disk and an upper, sliding disk are received within the end opening of the cap body. The lower disk has a T-shaped aperture therein for receiving an upper exposed end of a T-shaped vertical support member. The upper sliding disk is positionable within the cap open interior upon contact with the upper end of the support member to thereby securely mount the cap assembly about the right of way line marker.

A mounting system for separating and connecting fencing slabs which includes an end beam assembly having opposite sidewalls each having an elongated slot portion recessed within the beams. Additionally, at least one gate partition with distal ends is inserted within the recessed portion of the end beam. The distal end of the partitions includes a cap which conforms to the shape of the slot portion thereby allowing for the partition to be slidably inserted therein. Once inserted, a spacer member is then inserted within the slot portion to create spacing between the partitions inserted to the end beams when forming the fencing structure. A slidable cover is also included to entirely cover a side of the end beam when not in use. The system is utilized to form a desired fencing structure.

A channeled fence post system and method is provided for building horizontal fencing. 2 J-channeled metal posts are attached back to back and provide holes through which boards can be mounted horizontally with the mounting connectors hidden from the front face of the fence. Decorative covers can be selectively affixed to the posts.
