Drainage device for above-ground pool and above-ground pool
A drainage device for an above-ground pool, and an above-ground pool including the drainage device are provided. The drainage device includes a drainage pipe, with inlet and outlet ends, and a drainage valve connected to the inlet end of the drainage pipe. The drainage valve includes a water inlet periphery, defining a water inlet in fluid communication with the inlet end of the drainage pipe, and a connecting member disposed circumferentially around the water inlet periphery. The connecting member is radially spaced apart from the water inlet periphery. The connecting member may be formed by injection molding around the water inlet periphery.
POOL HOSE AND POOL PUMP APPARATUSES AND METHODS
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for a pool pump and one or more pool hoses. The pool pump may be connected to the pool through the one or more pool hoses. The system provides a pool pump comprising an outlet and an inlet. The inlet may connect to a first inlet hose. The first inlet hose may connect the pool pump to a three-way connection to the pool. The three-way connection may connect the first inlet hose to a second inlet hose and be in fluid connection with an interior of the pool. In some embodiments, the three-way connection may be attached to the pool.
System for visual light communication and related methods
A system used to monitor and control a pool using a visual light communication system is disclosed.
SYSTEM FOR VISUAL LIGHT COMMUNICATION AND RELATED METHODS
A visual light communication system is disclosed.
Low profile circular drain with water stop for swimming pool and diverter for use therein
A sump drain for installation in a surface of a swimming pool or spa, the sump drain comprising an annular chamber having a contiguous annular top opening formed by an inner side wall, an outer side wall and a bottom surface, at least one outlet port along the bottom surface of the chamber, and at least one diverter plate configured to be placed the outlet port. A diverter plate for installation in a sump drain above an outlet port.
Reconfigurable spa filter treatment systems and methods for treating filtered water for spas and hot tubs
A method for treating water in a spa or a hot tub includes, for example, suspending a water treatment dispenser from an upper end of a filter cartridge disposed in a skimmer of the spa or the hot tub. The dispenser includes a water treatment material. A supply of water is passed from the spa or the hot tub into the skimmer and through the filter cartridge so that the dispenser suspended in the filtered water in the filter cartridge is operable to dispense the water treatment material from the dispenser, and a supply of treated filtered water from the filter cartridge is returned to the spa or the hot tub. A cover, for example, may be employed when the dispenser is not used.
ADJUSTABLE ANGLE AND HEIGHT GUTTER DRAIN
A gutter drain includes a hopper with a convex bottom adjustably mated to a socket in the top of a drain tube. The socket is sized and shaped as a negative impression of the convex bottom, except that the depth of the socket is less than the depth of the convex bottom. A downtube from the drain tube is sized to fit into and mate with a vertical drain pipe. The hopper may be positioned and angled flush with a pitched surface of a gutter.
Replacement Gutter Drain
An original drain is removed from a pool gutter by cutting the joint where the drain tube joins the drain pipe. The remainder of the drain pipe is contained in a portion of the original drain tube. The replacement drain tube is inserted and bonded into the interior of the remaining drain pipe. A liquid flow path and reinforced joint are defined by the hopper of the replacement drain, original and replacement drain tubes, and the drain pipe. The top of the hopper of the replacement drain is tilted to about the slope of the gutter.
Channel drain with water stop
A channel drain with a water stop is adapted for handling pool water in a swimming pool having a plastered surface. The channel drain, preferably a sump drain includes an elongated channel having a drain port and an opening for receiving pool water. A water stop abutting and substantially encircling the opening is formed into a trough for retaining and collecting the pool water. The drain is configured for installation in a pool with the water stop buried in the plastered surface, such that pool water seeping between the opening and the plaster is trapped by the trough, preventing the pool water from intruding beyond the plastered surface.
