BUILDING AND COMPLEX BUILDING
To provide a building for an apartment house that allows a vehicle to be parked adjacent to a residential part efficiently. A building includes: a plurality of housing parts formed on one floor of a building body, in each of which a resident H resides, and each including two or more residential floors and including a resident entrance part that allows entry and exit of the resident H and a service entrance part disposed on a residential floor that is different from the residential floor on which the resident entrance part is disposed; a housing-part parking part that communicates with the service entrance part of each housing part, the housing-part parking part being disposed adjacent to the housing part to enable a vehicle C.
Building structure
The invention relates to a lightweight concrete building structure using pre-stressed lightweight structural beams 46 with a lightweight floor panel (48) spanning between beams (46). In a particular arrangement, the parking system using building structure (10) may be about less than half the weight than traditional parking building structures. In accordance with one arrangement of the particular embodiment of the invention, the building structure comprises floor structures having one or more structural beams, and one of more lightweight panels for attachment to the structural beam, wherein the floor structure is defined by joining together the one or more lightweight structural beams and the one of more lightweight panels. This particular arrangement is particularly useful because it permits defining a floor structure capable of sustaining relative large loads (such as a multitude of vehicles) using lightweight floor panels.

Multi-level parking garage for wrap style building
A multi-level parking garage constructed to be in close proximity to an adjacent building includes two or more levels above ground. Each of the two or more levels has a floor and a ceiling. The multi-level parking garage includes a load-bearing support structure for supporting the two or more levels and a plurality of fire-rated, non-load bearing exterior wall panels. Each of the exterior wall panels are independently and removably mounted to the support structure around at least a portion of a periphery of each of the two or more levels such that the plurality of exterior wall panels extend from the floor of each of the two or more levels to the ceiling of each of the two or more levels.

Control device, getting-into/out facility, control method, and storage medium
A control device includes a getting-into/out facility selection unit configured to select one or more getting-into/out facilities where a vehicle to be parked in a parking lot will stop from among a plurality of getting-into/out facilities on the basis of at least information indicating a driving assistance level at which driving assistance can be executed by the vehicle and information associated with the parking lot having the plurality of getting-into/out facilities and a guidance unit configured to guide the vehicle to the selected getting-into/out facility.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DRIVE-UP CONDOMINIUMS AND COMMERCIAL UNITS
Systems and method for drive-up condominiums and commercial units are provided. In one embodiment, a multi-level building structure allows for parking vehicles adjacent to upper level occupancy units, wherein the upper level occupancy units may be condominium units or commercial units. The multi-level building structure may include occupancy units along the perimeter or interior of the level, which may allow vehicles to be driven from ground level to any desired level of the multi-level structure and park adjacent to the occupancy unit.

Parking Lot Systems
In one instance, a parking lot system is presented with a first driveway in a first direction and a second driveway in a second direction opposite the first direction. The first driveway includes a first plurality of parking spaces, wherein each parking space comprises a first rectangular space to accommodate an automobile. A second rectangle is adjacent to the first rectangular space. The second driveway includes a second plurality of parking spaces, wherein each parking space comprises a third rectangular space sized to accommodate an automobile. The second rectangle is adjacent to the third rectangle. The second rectangle forms a buffer zone into which automobile doors in the second and third rectangle may open. The first and second plurality of parking spaces at least partially abut one another directly. Other systems are also presented.
