Connection system for vehicle and house
A connection system for a vehicle and a house is provided. The system forms a space in which the interior of the vehicle and the interior of the house are connected, when the vehicle and the house are connected with both a door of the vehicle and an entrance of the house open.
AUTOMATED VEHICULAR PARKING APPARATUS
A parking apparatus has left and right vertical stanchions and a parking platform between the stanchions for supporting a parked vehicle. Carriages are mounted to opposite sides of the parking platform and have wheels that engage in channels formed in the stanchions so that the parking platform can be raised and lowered. The channels are configured to widen or tilt toward the bottom ends of the stanchions. These shapes of the channels near the bottom ends of the stanchions are configured relative to the carriages so that the parking platform tilts slightly forward when the parking platform is near the lowest position so that a vehicle can be driven on and off the parking platform. However, the engagement of the carriages and the stanchions cause the parking platform to tilt slightly rearward as the parking platform moves up to prevent the vehicle from rolling off the parking platform.
Connection system for house and vehicle
A connection system for a house and a vehicle, may include a vehicle door provided in the vehicle to open or close a vehicle entrance through which a passenger enters or exits the vehicle and allowing an internal space of the vehicle to be exposed into the house when authenticated by the house; and a hatch provided in a house entrance on a side wall of the house to selectively couple the house entrance and the vehicle entrance with each other so that an internal space of the vehicle and an internal space of the house are connected to each other in a state that the vehicle door is open when the authenticated vehicle is parked on a side of the house entrance.

Garage Floor Protector Assembly
A garage floor protector assembly for inhibiting a floor of a garage from getting dirty includes a pan that is positionable on a floor of a garage. The pan has dimensions sufficient to accommodate a passenger vehicle to facilitate the passenger vehicle to park on the pan. The pan is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to inhibit dirt and fluid on the passenger vehicle from collecting on the floor of the garage. A plurality of poles is each insertable into a respective one of the marker points to facilitate a visual reference for a driver of the passenger vehicle that is parking on the pad.
Solar carport and water management and icicle prevent system for solar carports and canopies
The embodiments are apparatuses, systems and methods of water management and icicle prevention for solar carports, and are designed to catch drips between rows of, and water run-off from, the low side of inclined photovoltaic modules arranged to form the roof of the solar carport or canopy.

Barrier access for autonomous vehicle
Access control for an autonomous vehicle through a door in a doorway. A magnet is attached to the autonomous vehicle and a magnetometer is located some distance from the doorway. The magnetometer outputs a magnetometer signal in response to detecting the magnet, which causes the transmitter to transmit a detection signal. A doorway device is fixed about the doorway, and includes a receiver, and a locking mechanism with a locking pin. The doorway device retracts the pin to unlock the door for a predetermined period of time in response to receipt of the detection signal, and extents the pin to lock the door after the predetermined period of time ends.
Management system for managing the storage, parking, or delivery of recreational vehicles
A management system and method are provided for managing the storage, parking, and delivery of a recreational vehicle (RV). The management system may include a block unit for receiving the RV, a delivery system connected to the block unit for transporting the RV to and from the block unit, and a movement system for moving the components of the delivery system. The delivery system may include a delivery housing for transporting the RV to and from the block unit, a first turntable for delivering the RV to or receiving the RV from the delivery housing, and a second turntable that may be a component separate from or attached to the delivery housing. The movement system may include rails connecting the delivery system components and rail sensors positioned near the rails for directing the movement of the delivery system components on the rails. The delivery housing may be adjustable in size.
