CUSHIONED CARABINER CLIP
The present invention relates to an improved carabiner system, including an impact-dampening cushion around the external surface of the frame for cushioning damage during a fall or collision and to reduce sound from loose or swinging carabiner collisions. Additional surface routing and through holes provide improved register between the carabiner frame and the over-molded cushion layer.
Pull-out device for at least two pull-out furniture parts
A device for blocking the pull-out movement of pull-out furniture parts including, for each of the pull-out furniture parts, a driver, a blocking unit which has a shiftable actuating, and a retraction spring and blocking rods which cooperate with the actuating parts, a respective actuating part that is shifted due to movement of the driver when the pull-out furniture part is pulled out and that displaces a blocking rod in a longitudinal axis direction, the blocking rods being blocked from any further axial displacement by a stop. Each of the blocking units has a pivotable catch arm that swivelable about a stationary pivot axis lying parallel to the longitudinal axes of the blocking rods and is loaded by the refraction spring, the catch arm being pivoted by the driver from an initial position to a final position when the pull-out furniture part is pulled out, thereby shifting the actuating part.
LOCK AND HOME APPLIANCE HAVING THE SAME
A lock and a home appliance having the same are disclosed. The lock includes a holder provided at one selected from between the cabinet and the door, a housing provided at the other selected from between the cabinet and the door, a first stopper provided at the housing, a fastening unit separably coupled to the first stopper so as to be coupled to the holder when separated from the first stopper, an actuation unit configured to reciprocate in the housing, the actuation unit being configured to be moved away from the introduction port in the state of contacting the holder when the door is moved so as to close the introduction port, the actuation unit being configured to separate the fastening unit from the first stopper while being moved away from the introduction port, a first elastic member for providing force necessary to move the fastening unit away from the introduction port when the fastening unit is separated from the first stopper, a second elastic member for providing force necessary to move the actuation unit toward the introduction port, and an actuation unit lock for fixing the actuation unit to the housing when not in contact with the door and releasing coupling between the actuation unit and the housing when in contact with the door.
DOOR LOCK CHASSIS ASSEMBLY
An apparatus that at least assists in maintaining a lever or knob of a lock device in a relatively neutral and static position. The apparatus includes a biasing element that can be constructed from a compliant material that may at least assist in reducing impact forces between interfacing surfaces at least when the lever or knob is returns to the neutral, static position from one or more activated positions. The compliant nature of the damper can further alleviate issues relating to manufacturing tolerances and wear between interfacing surfaces.
Quiet Door Latch
A door latch mechanism including a latch housing, a bolt having a proximal end with a head and a distal end having a latch, a hub including a central bore for receiving a spindle, a lever actuated by rotation of the hub, the lever including a slot in a top portion of the lever receiving the head of the bolt such that the lever and the bolt move together in both rearward and forward directions.
Lock device
A lock device includes a base attached to a lid, a knob having a grip portion movably supported on a front side of the base and an arm portion projecting rearward with respect to the grip portion, a slider slidably supported in a rear part of the base so as to move slidingly by being pushed by the arm portion in response to a movement of the knob, a first rod and a second rod slidably supported by a part of the base located in front of the slider in a vertically arranged manner so as to be engaged by and disengaged from a pair of corresponding engaging holes, and a power transmission mechanism provided between the slider and the first rod and the second rod so that the first rod and the second rod are slidingly moved in response to a movement of the slider.

Sash window restrictor
A sash window restrictor (20) has a housing (22) which is to be let into a vertical frame member (10) of one sash (normally the upper, outer sash) of a window, at a position, say, 10 cm above the top rail of the lower sash when the windows are closed. A tab (24) is mounted in the housing and can be retracted into the housing or extended from the housing. A mechanism acts between the tab and the housing and allows the tab to be pressed into the housing and held in the housing for a period of time before the tab is released to allow the tab to extend. With the tab extended, the lower sash (12) can be lifted until it reaches the tab (24) but no further, so that a 10 cm gap will be opened at the bottom of the window.
Latch bolt buffer structure for lock body
A latch bolt buffer structure is disclosed for lock body, including outer lining board for lock body, latch bolt assembly, damper, connecting rod, latch bolt poking mechanism, dead bolt mechanism, box cover and box bottom assembly for lock body. Latch bolt assembly includes latch bolt, friction bolt, pull rod, spring, limiting silencing ring, and slider. The box bottom assembly includes an inner lining board for the lock body, a silencing block for the dead bolt, a silencing block for the latch bolt, a box bottom, a positioning plate, a spring, a fixing nail and a damper. Manufacturing parts made of sound-absorbent plastic material is adopted to replace metal parts, or separating metal parts by sound-absorbent plastic material is adopted to reduce noise generated by friction. At the same time, the damper buffer function is used to reduce sound generated by parts collision when lock body is working.
SASH WINDOW RESTRICTOR

With the tab extended, the lower sash (12) can be lifted until it reaches the tab (24) but no further, so that a 10 cm gap will be opened at the bottom of the window.
