LOCKS FOR DOORS
In an embodiment, the present application provides a lock for a door. The door has a front side and an opposing, back side which define a lock installation hole therethrough. The lock comprises: a front panel assembly, disposed on the front side; a rear panel assembly, disposed on the back side; a lock body, disposed within the lock installation hole; and at least one connector. The front panel assembly and the rear panel assembly are fixedly connected to the front side and back side, respectively, by the at least one connector, at least a portion of the front panel assembly and/or at least a portion of the rear panel assembly comprises a high-temperature resistant material, and when in an installed state, the at least a portion of the front panel assembly and/or the at least a portion of the rear panel assembly is configured to cover the lock installation hole. The lock provided by the present application has fireproof capability and is simple and convenient to install.
Smartlock system for improved fire safety
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage mediums, for a smartlock device that can be integrated in a door at a property. The smartlock device includes a locking mechanism configured to lock the door and to unlock the door. The device includes a radio device and a sensor that determines a first temperature of the smartlock device and a second temperature of a room that is accessible via the door. The radio device is operable to: i) receive parameter signals from the sensor indicating each of the first and second temperatures; ii) transmit data that includes the first and second temperatures to a monitoring system; and iii) receive a command to cause the locking mechanism to unlock the door based on information from the monitoring system. The information includes a determined routing of occupants at the property and is presented on a display of the device.
Residential entryway door with concealed multipoint lock
A door panel for use in a residential entryway includes a frame having a first stile, a second stile, a top rail connecting the first stile to the second stile, and a bottom rail connecting the first stile to the second stile. The door panel also includes a pair of opposing skins on respective faces of the frame. The first stile includes a channel along a length thereof on an interior longitudinal surface of the first stile. A cover is attached to the interior longitudinal surface of the first stile to at least partially seal the channel
DOOR LOCK WITH REINFORCED FIREPROOF FUNCTION
A door lock with a reinforced fireproof effect includes a lock body mounted on a door and inner and outer operating units mounted to two sides of the door, respectively. The lock body includes inner and outer chassis made of ferrous material or stainless steel having a melting point higher than 1300° C. Inner and outer fixing members coupled with the inner and outer chassis are also made of ferrous material or stainless steel. Thus, these components of the door lock are less likely to melt during a fire, reducing the spreading speed of the fire.
INTELLIGENT ELECTRONIC LOCK
The disclosure is an intelligent electronic lock. The intelligent electronic lock includes: an electronic lock shell, a wireless communication module, an instruction input device, the instruction input device is arranged on the electronic lock shell for instruction input, a processor, the processor is connected to the wireless communication module and the instruction input device is connected to receive and send signals, and the electronic rope.
Panic bar latch release assembly
A panic bar latch release assembly is disclosed having an inside latch release and an outside pull type handle latch. The handle latch includes a main housing having a pivotal pull handle. The inside latch release includes a first bar mount, a second bar mount, and an elongated push bar. The first bar mount has a support bracket with a floor with a first stop wall and an extended portion with a push rod guide hole extending therethrough. A body portion is coupled to the support bracket which includes a handle mount channel which is partially defined by a second stop wall. A handle mount is pivotally coupled to the body portion. An elongated push rod is positioned within a push rod channel of the door so as to extend through the push rod guide hole.
INSULATED DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
An insulated door lock assembly including a base member with an aperture for the cylinder of a lock. The base member is configured to be mounted to a door around a hole for the door lock. The inner volume of the base member can be filled with an insulating material. A cover member can be coupled to the base member through a hinge joint. The cover member can be configured to switch between an open state and a closed state. A keyway or a thumb turn of the door lock can be accessible in the open state and the keyway or the thumb turn is covered by the cover member in the closed state. An O-ring can also be provided around a periphery of the base member for sealably engaging the cover member to the base member.
