Lockset and pallet loading bin having same

A lockset and a pallet loading bin an associated lock hole. The lockset comprises a lock bar and a handle comprising a connection end. A lock bar is provided with a hook member to interlock with the lock hole and a connection portion. The lock bar is rotatably connected via the connection portion, to a bin body of the pallet loading bin. Rotating the lock bar around the connection portion parallel to an outer surface of the bin body causes the hook member to extend into or retract from the lock hole, thereby interlocking or releasing the lockset. The handle is rotatably connected via the connection end, to a second end of the lock bar opposite to the first end of the lock bar. Rotating the handle around the connection end positions the handle close to or away from the outer surface of the bin body.

Lockset and pallet loading bin having same

Provided are a lockset and a pallet loading bin having the same. A lock hole is arranged at the pallet loading bin. The lockset comprises a lock bar and a handle. A first end of the lock bar is provided with a hook member for fitting the lock hole to realize locking. A connection portion is provided at the lock bar. The lock bar is rotatably connected, through the connection portion, to a bin body of the pallet loading bin. Rotation of the lock bar around the connection portion in a plane parallel to an outer surface of the bin body causes the hook member to extend into or retract from the lock hole, thereby realizing locking or unlocking of the lockset. The handle comprises a connection end. The handle is rotatably connected, through the connection end, to a second end of the lock bar opposite to the first end of the lock bar. Rotation of the handle around the connection end causes the handle to be positioned close to or away from the outer surface of the bin body. The lockset has a simple structure and low costs, can be processed and manufactured easily, can be operated flexibly with less effort, and adapts to the small thicknesses of an end wall and a side wall of a pallet loading bin.

MULTI-AXIAL DOOR CATCH

A multi-axial catch comprises a mount and a catch body coupled to the mount. The mount affixes the catch to a frame and the catch body has a recess to position a latch head of a latch within the recess to engage the latch with the catch. The catch can include a cam to form the recess. The catch rotates around a rotation axis in response to a longitudinal motion of the latch. The catch body is coupled to the mount to allow the catch body to rotate around a pivot axis in response to a transverse motion of the latch. The catch includes an elastic coupler to position the catch in a rotational at-rest position and an elastic coupler to position the catch-body in a transverse at-rest position. The recess allows the latch head to move laterally, in response to a lateral motion of the latch, within the catch.

ANIMAL CRATE

A door assembly for an animal enclosure includes a door frame and a door each having a plurality of interconnected horizontal and vertical wires. The door frame defines an opening for an animal to pass therethrough, and the door is slidably coupled to the door frame such that it moves between an open position and a closed position relative to the door frame to allow egress and ingress through the opening. A catch member is coupled to the door frame. A latch includes a base member, a bolt, and a lever portion. A first vertical wire and a second vertical wire of the door are spaced from one another such that the first vertical wire is at a first end of the door and the second vertical wire is at a second end of the door. In the closed position, the bolt is coupled to the first vertical wire.

The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to an unlocking and locking method of a cabinet lock and a cabinet safety lock. During unlocking, a lock rod is displaced relative to a locking assembly to release the locking of the lock rod, and a first lock rod is rotated to an unlocked position. During locking, the first lock rod is rotated to a locked position and the locking assembly is engaged with the lock rod to lock the second lock rod. The method and the cabinet safety lock have a novel operating mode, have a firm structure, are convenient to use, and can effectively avoid unauthorized operation by children.

PROTECTIVE CABINET

Disclosed is a protective cabinet in the form of a moveable furniture unit that has structure to enable moving the furniture unit into a locked position in which it blocks a point of ingress of a would-be assailant, such as a door or window into a space. In certain configurations, the furniture unit includes protective, hardened material, such as a ballistic material that provides increased protection against fire from a weapon, such as may be encountered in an active shooter event. For example, the cabinet may be used on a daily basis inside of a classroom, and may be moved and locked into a position in front of a doorway, window, or other ingress or egress point of the classroom during an active shooter or other threat event to both block the ingress/egress point and provide ballistic protection against weapons fire from outside of the room. The back side of the cabinet (which faces the outside of the room that is being protected) may incorporate a psychological deterrent, such as a reflective surface or a calming message, which provides an added level of deterrence against an attack inside of the room.
