A door having a door body that can be lifted, along a predetermined path, from a closed position in which it closes a wall opening into an open position in which it is located substantially overhead, the door body having two, three or more door body elements arranged one on top of the other in the closed position, is modified according to the invention in that a lower edge of the door body in the closed position and trailing during the lifting can be lifted separately, when the door reaches the open position, by a pivoting movement of a lower door body element having said edge in a lifting direction with respect to a door body element situated above it in the closed position relative to the predetermined path.

Pulley mount filter with vertical channel support
11369911 · 2022-06-28 · ·

A filter mounting assembly for use with a structure having front and interconnecting side faces surrounding an air intake opening. The assembly includes at least one “L” shaped member adapted to be secured to either of the front or side faces of the structure on either side of the intake opening. A track is secured to each of the members so that an interior accessible channel of each track is arrayed in opposing fashion on opposite sides of the opening forward of the front intake face. A plurality of rollers are contained within each of the rails, the rollers each further including a forward extending hook portion projection from the interior track channels. A covering is provided having a plurality of side edge proximate located eyelets, the hook portions engaging through the eyelets for supporting the covering over the opening.

High-speed sectional door

A high-speed sectional overhead door covers a door opening with panels stacked in a single plane and lifted from the bottom-most panel. As panels are lifted, each rolls in its own individual track. As the panels move into the head area, they run through curved tracks and are nested there. The stored panels stacked horizontally one atop another with the door open. This design utilizes a dedicated panel-track pairing as well as a unique hook/cam device which allows for the upper panel to be both locked in the closed position and pushed away for separation and storage in the open position. The design also provides a sectional door with low headroom clearance, high speed closing/opening and a multitude of panel heights without hinges joining the adjacent panels

Roller shutter arrangement without polygonal effect

A roller shutter arrangement (1) includes a door leaf (2) including door leaf elements connected together to be angled and guided by guide rollers (23a, 23b) in lateral guides. The lateral guides each include an end portion accommodating the door leaf (2) in a closed position and a storage portion accommodating the door leaf (2) in an open position. The end portion and the storage portion are angled with respect to each other and are connected via a transition portion (42). The transition portion (42) includes guide paths on guide rollers on which predetermined guide rollers roll with a guide length between guide rollers corresponding substantially to a partition defined by a breadth of the door leaf element or to an integer multiple thereof. The so-called polygonal effect is avoided and higher movement speeds of the door leaf (2) are enabled while the service life is simultaneously increased.

Vertically stacking panel door with cam levers and ramps

In example implementations, a track system of a vertically stacking door includes a vertical track, a track coupling coupled to the vertical track, a first curved track portion coupled to the track coupling, a second curved track portion coupled to the track coupling, and a ramp coupled to the vertical track. The ramp interacts with a cam lever to separate adjacent panels of the vertically stacking door.
