Lower door section having a folding roller bracket
A door having a door body that can be lifted, along a predetermined path, from a closed position in which it closes a wall opening into an open position in which it is located substantially overhead, the door body having two, three or more door body elements arranged one on top of the other in the closed position, is modified according to the invention in that a lower edge of the door body in the closed position and trailing during the lifting can be lifted separately, when the door reaches the open position, by a pivoting movement of a lower door body element having said edge in a lifting direction with respect to a door body element situated above it in the closed position relative to the predetermined path.
Floor pit covering system
The present invention relates to a floor pit covering system comprising a cover plate (1) and a pivoting system (2). The pivoting system (2) is adapted for arranging the cover plate (1) in a first end position (P1) or in a second end position (P2) in response to an internal force (FI), or an internal force (FI) and an external force (FE), being applied onto the cover plate (1). The cover plate (1) is arranged in the first end position (P1) when force FE≤FI and in the second end position (P2) when force FE>FI. The present invention further relates to a method of operating such a system.
Aircraft door mechanism, and associated aircraft and moving method
An aircraft door mechanism includes an aircraft structure (14) delimiting an opening (24); an aircraft door (26) movable between a position closing off the opening (24) and a released position of the opening (24); and a guide system (28) for moving the door (26) between the closed off and released positions. The guide system (28) includes a main rail (46) that is fixed relative to the structure and a main carriage (48) mechanically connected to the door (26) and able to slide on the main rail (46) during the movement between said closed off and released positions. The main rail (46) is positioned between the door (26) and the structure during at least part of the movement of the door (26) between said closed off and released positions.

FLOOR PIT COVERING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a floor pit covering system comprising a cover plate (1) and a pivoting system (2). The pivoting system (2) is adapted for arranging the cover plate (1) in a first end position (P1) or in a second end position (P2) in response to an internal force (FI), or an internal force (FI) and an external force (FE), being applied onto the cover plate (1). The cover plate (1) is arranged in the first end position (P1) when force FEFI and in the second end position (P2) when force FE>FI. The present invention further relates to a method of operating such a system.
Garage door venting system and method
A ventilation system for sectional-type garage doors, utilizing rollers and axle pins with device bodies of adjustable geometry to hold the upper section of the sectional door at an inwardly-rotated angle to facilitate venting of the space. Component installation and operation does not impact normal operation and is completely reversible, requiring no modifications to the door itself.
DOOR ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLES
Embodiments of the invention provide a opening and closing assembly for a rigid door panel that is rotatably attached to a roller received within a track on a door frame member. A support member can be rotatably attached to the door panel. A first pivot arm can extend inboard from the support member to pivotally attach to an inboard frame member. Upon application of an upward force to the door panel, the first pivot arm can pivot with respect to the first inner frame member to move the support member in an arcuate path. The support member can thereby move the door panel upward and inboard along a door path at least partly defined by the track, with a lower end of the door panel not extending substantially outboard of the door frame member as the door panel moves along the door path.
