Adjustable lifter plate assembly and window regulator rails for door glass and associated methods

A lifter plate assembly for holding a window of a motor vehicle door assembly and facilitating adjustable movement of the window along a vertical direction, and method of construction thereof are provided. The lifter plate assembly includes a main body having a rail guide hook for sliding receipt of a window regulator rail. A window holder is fixed to the main body for fixed receipt of an edge of the window. A cable holder is coupled to the main body via an adjustment mechanism for fixed attachment to at least one cable. The adjustment mechanism is adjustable via a plurality of tool-receiving features to move the main body and the window holder relative to the cable holder along the vertical direction. Each tool-receiving feature is accessible along separate first, second and third axes from one another.

A window regulator assembly of a motor vehicle includes a guide rail on which a slide shoe is longitudinally movably mounted. The slide shoe has a main bracket which is mounted on the guide rail, and has a clamping arrangement. The clamping arrangement includes a clamping bracket connected to the main bracket and includes a pressure plate disposed parallel to the clamping bracket. A clamping component is clamped between the clamping bracket and the pressure plate. The clamping component holds a window pane. The clamping component has a holding surface which is disposed parallel to the pressure plate and a spacing between the holding surface and the clamping bracket is adjustable. A slide shoe of a window regulator assembly is also provided.

The present application provides a vehicle, a window glass lifter, and a slider device of which, the slider device includes: a slider body, an engagement plate, a clamping assembly, and a locking member; the clamping assembly includes a first clamping member and a second clamping member, an adjuster is arranged between the first clamping member and the slider body, and the second clamping member is engaged on the engagement plate; side surfaces of the first clamping member and the second clamping member attached to the window glass, and side surfaces of the first clamping member and the second clamping member away from the window glass, a side surface of the slider body facing the first clamping member, and a side surface of the engagement plate facing the second clamping member are curved surfaces; the second clamping member adaptively slides on the engagement plate with changing of a position of the first clamping member, the side surfaces of the first clamping member and the second clamping member attached to the window glass are parallel to each other after the window glass is placed on the clamping assembly; and the locking member is sequentially passed through the slider body, the first clamping member, the second clamping member, and the engagement plate, to adjust a distance between the slider body and the engagement plate and to clamp the window glass.
