An adjusting base for door closer includes a fixing member, an adjusting member, and at least one adjusting unit. The fixing member is configured to be fixed to a surface, and an upper surface of the fixing member is arranged with at least one protrusion. The adjusting member is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing member in an adjustable manner, and configured to be connected to a door closer. The adjusting member is formed with at least one adjusting hole for receiving the at least one protrusion. The at least one adjusting unit is movably arranged on the adjusting member and configured to abut against the at least one protrusion to adjust a relative position between the adjusting member and the fixing member.

An apparatus comprising a baseplate configured to be coupled to a door configured to be positioned in an open door position, a closed door position, and a plurality of door positions in between the open position and closed position; a motor; a circuitry electrically coupled to the motor and configured to be in communication with a remote computing device; at least one proximity sensor electrically coupled to the circuitry and configured to determine the door position with respect to a door frame; a drive wheel coupled to the motor and the circuitry, the drive wheel comprising an external surface, the external surface of the drive wheel configured to rotatably contact a ground surface; and wherein the motor is configured to be remotely activated by the remote computing device to engage the drive wheel to rotatably contact the ground surface to reposition the door responsive to receipt of a signal.

Door closer device
A door closer device for driving a door to a predetermined closed position includes an adjustment mechanism and a door closer which is integrated with the door. The adjustment mechanism includes a base, an adjusting plate and at least one fixing element, wherein the adjusting plate is stacked with the base and coupled with the door closer. The adjusting plate and the base respectively include at least one adjusting bore, and the adjusting bores are corresponding with each other. One of the adjusting bores includes a first limiting end and a second limiting end, and a first moving path is defined between the first and second limiting ends. The fixing element is disposed in the adjusting bores and can move along the first moving path to fix the adjusting plate on the base.

An anti-folder hand safety door includes a door frame having a recess vertically disposed in one inner lateral side thereof, a door panel having a convex hanging stile that is received in the recess of the door frame to shield the door gap between the door panel and the door frame, an adjustment mechanism mounted in the bottom side of the door panel to ensure that the convex hanging stile of the door panel is kept in the recess of the frame when the door panel is closed and including a locating shaft and a fixed gear affixed to the locating shaft, and a door closer including a body mounted in the door panel and pivotally connected to the locating shaft, a rotating shaft mounted in the body and a transmission gear meshed with the fixed gear.
