11499347 · 2022-11-15 · ·

A G-sensor for an automobile tray, and more particularly, a G-sensor for an automobile tray wherein a G-sensor for preventing a tray cover from being opened by an external force generated when the vehicle travels is modularized. The G sensor includes a lever configured to rotate around a hinge shaft, a slider coupled to the lever and guided along a key hole according to the state of rotation of the lever, a weight coupled to the lever for endowing a rotational moment of the lever around the hinge shaft, and a spring to provide the lever with power such that the same returns to the original condition.

System for closing and opening at least one leaf of an inward swinging door

The system comprises a lever (2) that is rotatable about a point fixed to the vehicle and articulately joined to the upper edge (6) of the leaf (1); a horizontal guide (3) through which a carriage (4) slides; push-pull means (10,11) that articulately link the upper edge (6) to the carriage (4); and actuation means (12) simultaneously linked to the lever (2) and the carriage (4), which are adapted to distribute their action on the lever (2) and the carriage (4) depending on the force to overcome in order to open and close the leaf (1), such that their action is automatically distributed on the lever (2) when greater power is required to move the carriage (4), this is essentially during the initial opening operation from the end closing position, and during the closing and locking operation from an imminent closing position.

Damper assemblies

A damper assembly is provided for a toggle type hinge with a mounting flange (13) and an arm assembly (11) pivotally connected thereto. The assembly comprises a damping device (16) that is actuable along a linear axis and a housing (20) mounted on the mounting flange to retain the damping device. The assembly further comprises means for converting pivotal movement of the hinge into linear actuation of the damping device. This comprises an actuating lever (21) connected to the damping device and engageable with the hinge arm assembly via a first camming mechanism causing the actuating lever to rotate in response to pivotal movement of the hinge arm assembly. A second camming mechanism causes linear displacement of the actuating lever in response to its rotational movement.

RETENTION AND GUIDE ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE DOOR

A retention and guide assembly for a vehicle door includes a guide track connected to a door panel of the vehicle door. The guide track includes sidewalls that at least partially extend around and define an internal recessed volume. The sidewalls include a first sidewall coupled with the door panel and a second sidewall coupled with and oriented transverse to the first sidewall. The guide track includes a retaining flange that is coupled with and oriented transverse to the second sidewall. The sidewalls and the retaining flange are shaped to receive (within the internal recessed volume) a roller of a control arm extending from a vehicle body. The retaining flange engages the control arm and/or the roller and retain the roller within the internal recessed volume of the guide track between the second sidewall and the door panel of the vehicle door.

G-SENSOR FOR AUTOMOBILE TRAY

The present invention relates to a G-sensor for an automobile tray, and more particularly, to a G-sensor for an automobile tray wherein a G-sensor for preventing a tray cover from being opened by an external force generated when the vehicle travels is modularized such that shared use of components can be realized, and at the same time, the G-sensor can be operably installed on the tray through an easy process. The present invention is accomplished by comprising: a lever (120) configured to rotate in one direction and in the other direction around a hinge shaft (121); a slider (140) guided along a key hole (121a) according to the state of rotation of the lever (120) so as to move upward/downward, thereby controlling the state of opening/closing of a tray cover (210); a weight (130) for endowing a rotational moment such that the lever (120) rotates around the hinge shaft (121), and such that the slider (140) can slide; a housing (110) on which the lever (120) is installed to be able to rotate around the hinge shaft (121), the weight (130) and the slider (140) being coupled to the lever (120); and an elastic body (150), such as a spring, installed to provide the lever (120) installed on the housing (110) with power such that the same returns to the original condition.

Self-closing hinge

A self-closing hinge has a housing shaft section with a bore extending therethrough in a direction substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis is attachable to a first rotatable member. A bore extends through the housing shaft section. The cross-sectional profile of the bore in a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis has at least one arcuate portion and at least one non-arcuate portion. A roll pin rotatably disposed in the bore has substantially the same cross-sectional profile as the bore. A pair of shaft members, each having a shaft-member body attachable to a second rotatable member, has a pin inserted in an interference fit in the opposed ends of the roll-pin bore. The pins have a cross-sectional profile corresponding to the roll-pin cross-sectional profile.

OVERHEAD DOOR LIFT ASSEMBLY

The overhead door lift assembly integrates a traditional torsion spring and an electrically powered operator into a small package mountable in the available head space of conventional tractor trailers, cargo vehicles or other structures. The lift assembly includes a torsion spring counterbalance, electrical operator, and back tension mechanism. The electrical operator uses an electromagnetic clutch and gearbox that couples directly to the cable drums of the counterbalance. The electromagnetic clutch allows the overhead door to be manually raised and lowered in the event of a power interruption or operator malfunction. The back tension mechanism prevents cables from inadvertently unspooling from cable drums as the operator starts to move the overhead door from its horizontal open position to its vertical closed position.
