System for detecting the movement conditions of the leaf (2) closing a barrier, this leaf being able to occlude a delimited opening or passage and in which the leaf itself is moved by a motor (5) whose rotation shaft (R1) is associated with a motion transmission mechanism to this leaf. On said motor is present a first device for measuring the rotation of said rotation shaft (R1), and at least a second measuring device is associated with at least a second rotation shaft (R2), said second rotation shaft being connected to the first shaft by means of a reduction gear (8), whose reduction ratio is non-integer.

Gray code driving device for electric roller shutter

A gray code driving device for an electric roller shutter contains: a base, a transmission assembly, and a torque detection unit. The base includes an accommodating space for accommodating the transmission assembly and the torque detection unit and includes a rotary cover connected with the transmission assembly. The transmission assembly includes an electric motor for supplying power source, and the base further includes a digital module for controlling the electric motor. The torque detection unit is in connection with the transmission assembly and is driven by the transmission unit to encode gray codes, wherein the torque detection unit is electrically connected with the digital module to transmit the gray codes.

DOOR CHECK AND METHOD FOR BLOCKING A DOOR CHECK

The door check includes a retaining bar (20) which can be connected to one of the two door assembly parts, i.e. the door (8) or the door frame (6), and a retaining housing (13) which can be connected to the other door assembly part. In order to design a door check that allows a vehicle door to be reliably and safely blocked in an automated manner, a threaded bar (50) can be accommodated in an axially movable fashion in a cavity of the retaining bar (20).

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR POWERED CLOSING OF CAR DOORS

The technology relates to assisting in the closing of a vehicle door by automatically pulling a door closed. One or more computing devices having one or more processors may receive, from one or more sensors, information indicating that a door on the vehicle is not closed. In response to the received information indicating that the door is not closed, the one or more computing devices may determine to send a triggering signal to close the door. The one or more computing devices may send the triggering signal to the actuator and the actuator may receive the triggering signal. In response to receiving the triggering signal the actuator may be activated to close the door of the vehicle without user input.

OVERHEAD DOOR OPENER SYSTEM WITH ONE WAY BEARING
20210404239 · 2021-12-30 · ·

A mechanism for opening and closing an overhead door includes a drive loop coupled to the overhead door, a motor with a drive shaft and a drive wheel for driving the drive loop. A one-way bearing couples the drive shaft to the drive wheel, which one-way bearing is configured to transmit torque from the motor to the drive wheel, as the motor rotates the drive shaft in a first rotational direction to raise the overhead door, and configured so that torque is not transmitted to the drive wheel as the motor rotates the drive shaft in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction. As a result, the motor applies torque through the one-way bearing to raise the overhead door and to support the weight of the overhead door while lowering the overhead door.

CONTROLLER FOR DOOR OR WINDOW DRIVE
20220205302 · 2022-06-30 ·

The invention concerns a method for controlling a drive (5) for a leaf (1), in particular for a door leaf or a window leaf, including the following steps: Measuring a measured value (vr) of a kinetic quantity of the leaf (1), comparing the measured value (vr) with a tolerance range (TB) of a reference travel curve (SFK), driving the leaf (1) by the drive (5) according to the reference travel curve (SFK). Upon the measured value (vr) leaving the tolerance range (TB), the leaf (1) is set to a freewheel (FL) in which the drive (5) is suspended.

METHOD FOR OPERATING A DRIVE SYSTEM FOR A BODY HATCH OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

A method for operating a drive system for a body hatch, in particular a front hood of a motor vehicle, wherein the drive system has a motorized drive arrangement and a control device for actuating the drive arrangement, wherein the body hatch, in an opening process, is adjusted from a closed position in an opening direction. A faulty opening process of the body hatch is detected by means of the control device in a detection routine and that, upon detection of a faulty opening process, the drive arrangement is actuated by means of the control device in the closing direction.
