PINCH SENSOR COUPLER ASSEMBLY, VEHICLE DOOR HAVING SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Some embodiments of the disclosed subject matter are directed to a vehicle door that includes a door frame and a door trim with pinch sensor located adjacent the door frame. A door harness coupler can hang within the door frame prior to assembly of the door, and can be connected to a pinch sensor coupler adjacent the door trim to electrically connect the pinch sensor to a controller and/or door actuator. Thus, the pinch sensor can be installed at the end of a door assembly line.
Door system
Disclosed is a door system comprising: at least one travelable door element; at least one running rail for guiding the door element; and at least one light barrier element for detecting a free travel path of the door element, wherein the at least one running rail has a cut-out at or in which the at least one light barrier element is fastened.
Vehicle window control unit
A vehicle control unit kit is a plug-n-play OEM harness configured to interface with a given vehicle's OEM window switch connector. The device is configured to enable the given vehicle's power window master switch driver to operate all vehicle windows. The vehicle control unit additionally incorporates smart avoid anti-pinching programming.
Sensor bracket
A sensor bracket for mounting, on a vehicle, a capacitance sensor in which a loop-shaped electric wire serving as a sensor electrode extends from a sensor main body includes a bracket main body on which the sensor main body is arranged with the electric wire looping back so as to extend in parallel with each other at a constant distance from each other, and a plate spring portion being supported by the bracket main body in a cantilever manner, having, on a tip side, a hooking portion disposed to which the electric wire can be hooked, and providing the electric wire hooked to the hooking portion with tension.
DOOR ACTUATOR LINKAGE
A door actuator linkage includes a lever extending along a longitudinal axis, which merges into a linkage head with an offset, wherein the linkage head is formed for rotationally fixed mounting on an output shaft of a door actuator, wherein a free space for cable routing is formed by the offset. The free space is delimited by the linkage head and by an offset surface of the lever, wherein the lever protrudes up to an imaginary boundary surface, which is defined perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The offset surface is withdrawn partially from this boundary surface in order to expand the free space.
ASSEMBLY OF AN ADJUSTMENT DEVICE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE AND WINDOW OPENER HAVING THE ASSEMBLY
An assembly of an adjustment device of a motor vehicle includes a support plate, on which at least one guide rail is disposed. A driver is movably guided on the guide rail, for a functionalized windowpane, in particular an electrically switchable or controllable windowpane. A flexible component is provided for guiding a cable which is connected or can be connected to the functionalized windowpane, in particular for conducting a current and/or for controlling the functionalized windowpane. A window opener of a motor vehicle having the assembly is also provided.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING AND MONITORING THE STATE OF AN ARRANGEMENT TO BE MONITORED HAVING AN OPENABLE AND CLOSEABLE WING ELEMENT
A device for identifying and monitoring the state of an arrangement to be monitored having an openable and closable wing element is provided. The device has a housing, which has a housing base securable on or connected in one piece to the arrangement and a second housing part attachable to and removable from the housing base. The device is also provided with an identification marker, the housing base has a first identification marker for the arrangement to be monitored having an openable and closable wing element, and the second housing part has at least one second identification marker identifying the second housing part.
REVOLVING DOOR ASSEMBLY
The disclosure relates to a revolving door assembly (1) comprising a central column (2) and at least one door panel connected to the central column (2) and rotatably arranged around a central axis (X) of the central column (2). The revolving door assembly (1) comprises a drive unit (6) enclosed within the central column (2), the drive unit (6) comprising a motor (13) for rotating the door panel (3). According to the revolving door assembly, the motor (13) has a central through hole (H1), wherein one or more cables (C1) of a cable configuration (C) are configured to pass through the central through hole (H1).
RAIL-SLIDER ASSEMBLY AND WINDOW LIFTER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE HAVING SUCH AN ASSEMBLY
A rail-slider assembly for a window lifter of a motor vehicle. The rail-slider assembly has a rail slider with a slider interface in relation to a guide rail and a driver-device interface for an in particular functionalized and/or electrically switchable or controllable window panel and also with at least one mechanical fastening interface. The rail-slider assembly further has an interface adapter, which is or can be mounted on the mechanical fastening interface of the rail slider, or on a window-panel adapter, and has retaining elements for the in particular form-fitting fastening of a cable guide or of an electric cable and/or of an electric power connector.
SLIDING DOOR DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A sliding door device for a vehicle includes a door arm including a first end portion rotatably connected to an end portion of the door and a second end portion movable along a side sill of the vehicle body, a door power connection portion provided in the door arm, and a vehicle power connection portion provided in a position corresponding to the door power connection portion of the vehicle body and electrically connected to the door power connection portion according to rotation of the door arm, wherein the vehicle power connection portion includes: a first vehicle power connection portion electrically connected to the door power connection portion when the door is closed, and a second vehicle power connection portion electrically connected to the door power connection portion when the door is opened.
