A latch assembly comprising an elongated flat latch slider slidable along a first axis between a first position and a second position in relation to a main latch, wherein the latch slider is provided with a protruding lug; a lock arrangement comprising; a body moving between a locking position and an unlocking position, wherein in the locking position a portion of the body is preventing movement of the lug along a path in parallel with said first axis, and in the unlocking position the lug can be moved along said first axis; and an electrically powered device connected to the body for moving the body between the locking position and the unlocking position.

TWO-PART HINGE DEVICE, METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A HINGE DEVICE, AND USE OF THE HINGE DEVICE

The invention relates to a two-part hinge device for a door or a window, comprising a first housing part (20) and a second housing part (30), which in the assembled state form a door hinge housing (19), and a rod (15) which extends in the first housing part (20) and second housing part (30) along the axial direction (60) thereof, wherein the rod (15) has at least three successive—a first, a second and a third—rod sections (16, 17, 18). The first rod section (16) is supported in the first housing part (20) by a clamping element (50), and the third rod section (18) supports the second housing part (30). In the region of the second rod section (17), the rod (15) is adjustable relative to the first housing part (20) in two directions at an angle to each other and independently of each other, and the two directions at an angle to each other are arranged transversely to the axial direction (60) of the rod (15).

TOP-HANGING SLIDING DOOR INCLUDING WEDGE DESIGN TOP SEAL

Systems and methods for providing a door seal system for top-hanging sliding doors. In some implementations, two angled mating surfaces are used, one angled surface on a fixed frame and one reversed angled surface on the slideable door panel. The slideable door panel slides directly parallel to the fixed door frame. A mating seal surface is created that is only in frictional contact for a small portion of the linear slide distance of the door panel. In some implementations, rather than placing two opposing angled seal surfaces, the sealing system has one angled surface on the fixed door frame. In such implementations, the sliding door panel is adjusted to be in a reverse angled orientation relative to the angled surface of the fixed door frame. Seal designs for the rear vertical edge of the slideable door panel are also provided herein.

Side-accessible adjustable receiver for appliance hinge

An adjustable appliance hinge receiver includes a base including spaced-apart first and second lateral walls. A slide body is slidably connected to the base and located between the lateral walls. The slide body slides relative to the base along an adjustment axis. At least one hinge mounting structure is connected to the slide body and is adapted to be engaged by an associated hinge. An adjustment system includes a first inclined ramp connected to the slide body and an adjustment shaft that extends between and that is rotatably supported by the first and second lateral walls of the base. The adjustment shaft is rotatable relative to the base about an axis of rotation. The adjustment system also includes an adjustment member engaged with the adjustment shaft and selectively movable along the axis of rotation in opposite first and second directions in response to rotational movement of the adjustment shaft in opposite first and second rotational directions such that rotation of the adjustment shaft in one of the first and second rotational directions causes the adjustment member to bear against the first ramp and induce sliding movement of the slide body relative to the base along the adjustment axis.
