Motor unit for sunroof
A motor unit for a sunroof is proposed. The motor unit may include a lower housing, an upper housing, a bush, a worm wheel, a drive shaft, a pinion gear, the washer, and a bottom cover. Particularly, contact between the drive shaft and the bottom cover may be prevented, and the worm wheel may be configured to be in contact with the washer and he bush. Accordingly, different kinds of noise may be prevented from being generated according to opening and closing directions of the sunroof.
FURNITURE FITTING HAVING AT LEAST ONE ROTARY LEVER AND AT LEAST ONE BEARING PIN
A furniture fitting for the movable mounting of a furniture part, in particular a furniture flap, on a furniture panel, includes a main body, a rotary lever, and a bearing pin. The bearing pin is connected to the main body and/or to at least one base lever, and the rotary lever has a hole and the bearing pin projects through the hole. The rotary lever has, in at least one region surrounding the hole, a widened portion which extends at least in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the bearing pin.
DOOR MODULE OF A VEHICLE DOOR AND VEHICLE DOOR HAVING THE DOOR MODULE
A door module of a vehicle door includes a carrier plate having a cable window regulator with at least one guide rail, and a door structure which is or can be joined to the carrier plate. A cable deflection region of the guide rail extends beyond an outer edge of the carrier plate. The cable deflection region is provided with a joining contour which, when joined, is form-lockingly inserted in a receiving contour of the door structure. The joining contour engages behind the receiving contour in such a way that the cable deflection region is stabilizingly held in a direction perpendicular to the cable deflection region. A vehicle door having the door module is also provided.
Manufacturing method of vehicle door hinge and vehicle
A vehicle door hinge that has a desorption function while enabling weight reduction and increasing production efficiency. The vehicle door hinge comprises a base member (2U) fixed to the door-side of the vehicle, a base member (3U) fixed to the vehicle body side; a hinge shaft (4U) rotatably connects the base members (2U, 3U) to each other; a screwed body (5U) that is detachably screwed in the axial direction to the hinge shaft (4U) so that the base member (3U) and the hinge shaft (4U) rotate integrally; bushes (6U, 7U) fitted into a shaft holes (22U) of the base member (2U) so that the base member (2U) and the hinge shaft can rotate relative to each other; and a retaining portion (8U) for preventing the hinge shaft (4U) from coming off from the shaft hole (22U) of the base member. The base members (2U, 3U) are cast from aluminum alloy.
FURNITURE FITTING
A furniture fitting includes a first fitting part for fastening to a furniture body and a second fitting part for fastening to a movably mounted furniture part. The two fitting parts can be pivotally interconnected, and at least one of the two fitting parts is designed to be arranged in a recess in the furniture body or the movably mounted furniture part. The furniture fitting includes a fastening device for fastening the fitting part in the recess, the fastening device including a rotatably mounted actuating element and at least two fastening elements to be recessed in or pressed against a wall of the recess. A coupling device can convert a rotation of the actuating element into a recessing and/or pressing movement of the fastening elements. The actuating element and the fastening elements are arranged on the same side of the fitting part and spaced apart in a longitudinal direction.
Connection mechanism for thin wall tube
A method for constructing an extension mechanism for a closure panel of a vehicle, the extension mechanism including an extension member housed in a body housing, such that the extension member extends and retracts with respect to the body housing as the closure panel is opened and closed, the extension mechanism having a first connection at one end for connecting the extension member to the vehicle and a second connection at the other end for connecting the body housing to the vehicle, the method comprising the steps of: overlapping a tube wall of the body housing with an end portion of the body housing, the end portion having a receiving indentation; receiving a deformed portion of the tube wall into the receiving indentation in order to form a crimp connection between the tube wall and the end portion; and positioning a clamping member having a body by at least a portion of the body over the tube wall, such that the deformed portion is sandwiched between the portion of the body and the receiving indentation.
FIXING MECHANISM, ACTUATOR, ACTUATOR FOR OPENING/CLOSING VEHICLE DOOR, AND FIXING METHOD
A first joint portion (9) includes a swage groove (9c) which is formed throughout a whole circumference of an outer circumferential surface, and at least one inclined portion (96) which is formed in a part at a side edge of the swage groove (9c) and is inclined outward in an axial direction from the side edge of the swage groove (9c). In a first housing (6), a swage portion (89) is formed at a place corresponding to the swage groove (9c), where at least the inclined portion (96) is formed.
PREASSEMBLED FRICTION HINGE MODULE, HINGED SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR MAKING PREASSEMBLED FRICTION HINGE MODULES AND SYSTEMS
A hinged system includes a preassembled hinge module for pivotally coupling a first component to a second component. The preassembled hinge module includes a shaft, a torque element frictionally engaging the shaft, and a housing. The housing includes a cover, a side wall, and a rear wall that define an interior space enclosed within the housing. The interior space receives the torque element inside the housing. The cover defines a first aperture, and the rear wall defines a second aperture, the first aperture and the second aperture aligned with a pivot axis of the shaft. The shaft extends through at least the first aperture, the interior space, and the second aperture. The shaft is separate from, and configured to be mounted to, the first component. The housing is separate from, and configured to be mounted to, the second component.
