DOOR DRIVE WITH A SMALL HIGH-PERFORMANCE MOTOR UNIT
A door drive for arrangement on or in connection with a door system, whereby at least one leaf element of the door system is movable. The door drive includes a motor unit with a housing, in which a stator is stationarily received, and wherein a rotor is arranged so as to be rotationally-movable in the housing and includes an output shaft, wherein the output shaft can be brought into operative connection in a driving manner with the leaf element. The rotor includes a support body, on which receiving fields are formed, on which permanent magnets are adhered.
Door hinge
A door hinge assembly includes: a door frame defining a frame opening and a jamb at one side of the frame opening, the jamb including two frame corners protruding into the frame opening and a jamb brace connecting the two frame corners across the frame opening, the jamb brace defining two spaced-apart hinge holes therethrough; a door movable to selectively provide access through the frame opening, and an elastic cord connecting the door to the door frame, the cord extending sequentially through a first of the two hinge passages, through a first of two passage openings at the jamb edge, through a first of the two hinge holes, across the jamb brace, through a second of the two hinge holes, through a second of the two passage openings at the jamb edge, and through the second of the two hinge passages.
SPINDLE DRIVE
A spindle drive for an adjustment element of a motor vehicle, including a tubular drive housing having a first housing pipe, a spindle/spindle nut transmission configured to produce linear drive movements, a first drive connection and a second drive connection configured to discharge the drive movements, the first drive connection forms with one of the transmission components a first drive train component and the second drive connection forms with the other of the transmission components a second drive train component. A housing cover axially closing the drive housing and arranged in an axially secure manner relative to the first drive connection. The first housing pipe arranged in an axially secure manner relative to the first drive connection. A housing collar in a first coupling portion of the spindle drive connected to the first housing pipe and in a second coupling portion coupled to the housing cover.
TOUCH SENSOR UNIT
In a touch sensor unit, a bracket body is provided with a first protruding portion which is disposed on a vehicle interior side of a base portion, a gap portion is provided between the first protruding portion and the base portion, the height from the bracket body to the distal end of the first protruding portion is smaller than the height from the bracket body to the sensor portion. Therefore, when the sensor portion and the base portion are elastically deformed by contact with a blockage, the elastically deformed sensor portion and base portion enter the gap portion, thereby preventing the sensor portion and the base portion from being pressed against the corner portion of the bracket without increasing the rigidity of the sensor portion and the base portion.
Retaining element for a vehicle side window that can be raised and lowered
A retaining element for a side window of a vehicle, includes a first securing section and a first contact section connected thereto for securing to a first surface of the side window, a second securing section and a second contact section connected thereto for securing to a second surface of the side window, wherein the first and second securing sections are connected to one another opposite the contact sections via a hinge section such that the first securing section together with the first contact section and the second securing section together with the second contact section is pivotable relative to one another, whereby the retaining element is openable and closable. In the closed state, the securing sections are in surface contact with one another and, together, are suitable for securing to the vehicle and the contact sections are suitable for securing to two opposing surfaces of the side window.
HOLDER AND VEHICLE WINDOW PLATE WITH HOLDER
A holder which can be used in common for window plates different in thickness and in which an adhesive is less likely to be localized and overflow when a vehicle window plate is fitted in place.
A holder 103 is to be attached to a vehicle window plate 102 via an adhesive 305, and the holder 103 is characterized by comprising a bottom 201, a first side 202 and a second side 203 facing the first side 202, to form a concave in its cross-sectional view, and having an elastically deformable flexible portion 204 extending from an end of the first side 202 in parallel to the first side 202, wherein the first side 202 has a first inner surface 301 and a first outer surface 302, the flexible portion 204 has a second inner surface 306 and a second outer surface 307, the first inner surface 301 an the second inner surface 306 are present in the same plane, and the flexible portion 204 has a first convex part 308 extending from the second inner surface 306 toward the second side.
Hinge
An intelligent hinge determines motions of a swinging door. The hinge has an accelerometer secured to a leaf of the hinge. As the door swings, the leaf also rotates and the accelerometer determines an acceleration value. A velocity of the swinging door may be determined from the acceleration value. An initial, instantaneous, and final angular position of the door may also be determined from the acceleration value.
VEHICLE WINDOW GLASS WITH CLAMPING MEMBER
A first side wall portion forming a body portion of a clamping member includes first convex members projecting toward a second side wall portion and being softer than the first side wall portion. The first convex members are disposed at positions of the first side wall portion adjacent to respective ends of the first side wall portion in an X axial direction (third direction).
