Low-bulkiness hydraulic hinge
A hinge for cold rooms or glass shutters includes a stationary support structure and a shutter movable between an open position and a closed position. The hinge includes a hinge body with a working chamber; a pivot coupled with the hinge body; a cam element unitary with the pivot; a plunger element sliding in the working chamber, the plunger element having a slider with an operative face interacting with the cam element; a counteracting elastic member acting on the plunger element to move it between a position proximal to the bottom wall of the working chamber and a position distal therefrom. The hinge body has a substantially plate-like shape. The cam element includes an elongated appendix extending from the pivot to come in contact engagement with the operative face of the slider. The pivot is placed at one of the side walls of the working chamber.
DOOR DRIVE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR OR MOTOR VEHICLE FLAP
A door drive for a motor vehicle door or motor vehicle flap, which is provided with an electromotive drive, a transmission downstream of the drive, and a force-transmission element. The force-transmission element is operatively connected to a leaf of the motor vehicle door or motor vehicle flap. An output element of the transmission and the force-transmission element are coupled by a toothing with compensation for play. According to the invention, the output element and/or the force-transmission element are not only designed to be moveable for play compensation, but can also be permanently fixed after the compensation for play.
A BELT TENSIONING SYSTEM
A belt tensioning system (170) for tensioning a belt (171) of a belt drive system (970) for transferring torque from a drive unit (112) of a door operating system (100) to a sliding door leaf (101) of a sliding door assembly (200), the belt tensioning system comprising a belt wheel (176) connectable to the belt (171) for torque transfer between said belt wheel (176) and an additional belt wheel (175) of the belt drive system (970); a belt wheel guiding arrangement (330), the belt wheel (176) being movably connected to said belt wheel guiding arrangement (330); and a belt tensioning arrangement (470) operatively connecting the belt wheel (176) and the belt wheel guiding arrangement (330) for adjusting the position of the belt wheel (176) relative the belt wheel guiding arrangement (330).
Slow Close Mechanism for Sliding Applications
A sliding door includes a frame and a slow close assembly. The frame is positioned along at least a portion of the sliding door and includes a protrusion configured to slide along with the sliding door. The slow close assembly is repositionable between an outward position and a compressed position. The slow close assembly includes a slow close mechanism, a spring, and a soft close latch. The slow close mechanism is laterally positioned within the slow close assembly. The spring is positioned at an end of the slow close assembly and provides an outward force onto the slow close assembly in an outward direction substantially perpendicular to the lateral direction. The soft close latch is configured to engage the protrusion as the protrusion slides along with the sliding door. The spring biases the slow close assembly into the outward position when the latch is not interfaced with the protrusion.
Door device and method for aligning a door device
The present invention relates to a door device for closing a door opening between two rooms of a building. The door device comprises a door leaf and a pivot hinge for pivotably suspending the door leaf in the door opening. The pivot hinge comprises a hinge foot which is attached to a hardening surrounding the door opening by means of wall attachment means. The pivot hinge furthermore comprises, for each wall attachment means, an insert with at least two pairs of parallel faces and a central opening which is eccentric with respect to the central axis, so that the orientation of the insert can influence the orientation of the door leaf in the closed position.
BRAKING DEVICE FOR A DRIVE DEVICE
A brake arrangement for a drive apparatus, in particular for a drive apparatus for adjusting a vehicle flap, includes a brake housing (2), wherein the brake housing (2) comprises a first brake housing part (3) and a second brake housing part (7), a first brake element (13) which is arranged non-rotatably in the brake housing (2), a second brake element (15) which is arranged rotatably in the brake housing (2), and a preload means (19) for preloading one of the first brake element (13) and second brake element (15) toward the other of the first brake element (13) and second brake element (15) in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L) of the brake housing (2). The brake housing (2) has a connecting section (11) for connecting the first brake housing part (3) and the second brake housing part (7), and in that the first brake housing part (3) and the second brake housing part (7) are welded to one another in the connecting section (11).
Sliding door roller and method of installation
A sliding door roller assembly includes a roller housing being at least partially disposed within an outer housing moveable relative to the roller housing and at least one roller wheel in a direction perpendicular to a rotational axis of the at least one roller wheel. At least one resilient member is positioned at an end of the outer housing, and includes a fixed termination section coupled to an end member of the outer housing, a compliant section extending from the fixed termination section, a curved engagement section, and a resilient section between the compliant section and the curved engagement section and pivotable about the compliant section. The at least one resilient member is flexible from a first position to a second position when the curved engagement section mates with an inner surface of a slot defining a bottom edge of a panel secured to the outer housing to provide a holding force between the resilient member and the inner surface of the slot.
DOOR HINGE
A door hinge has a first leaf assembly, a second leaf assembly pivotally mounted on the first leaf assembly, a first adjustment part on the first leaf assembly, and a second adjustment part adjustable in an adjustment direction relative to the first adjustment part. An eccentric mounted on the first adjustment part for rotation about an eccentric axis engages in the second adjustment part. A screw thread connection secures the eccentric to the first adjustment part.
COMPACT HINGE APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE
Disclosed is a silent, soft-close compact hinge comprising of a hinge cup pivotally connected to a hinge body via a hinge arm. A set of coil springs biases the hinge to a closed position. A damping mechanism is removably attached to the hinge cup and acted on by the hinge arm. A set of spring sleeves are fitted to the coil springs to insulate the movement of the coil springs on the hinge arm providing the closing bias. The hinge body is comprised of three separate plates adjustably connected to each other with cam screws. The position of the hinge body with respect to the hinge arm is adjustable in three directions without the need for removal or loosening of mounting hardware used to attach the hinge body to a furniture piece.
