A drop window includes features to accommodate for manufacturing tolerances and box frame assemblies that are out of square.

A weep sill assembly includes an elongated sill base, a first floor within the sill base, and a drain conduit. The elongated sill base includes a top opening configured for fluid ingress. The first floor divides an interior of the sill base into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, wherein the floor includes a first aperture that provides fluid communication between the upper chamber and the lower chamber. The drain conduit is in fluid communication with the lower chamber. In another aspect, a sliding door assembly includes a header configured for attachment to a wall, a weep sill assembly, and a door panel configured for slidable engagement with the header and with the weep sill assembly.

A passage barrier includes two guide elements that define a gate region, through which a person passes from an entrance region into a passage region. At least one barrier element prevents and/or enables the passage of the person from the entrance region into the passage region within the gate region. At least one of the guide elements includes a profile attachment element for attaching at least one profile of a guide element to the base of a building structure. The profile attachment element has a vertical profile mount for mounting a vertically running profile on the profile attachment element and a horizontal profile feedthrough for feeding a horizontally running profile through the profile attachment element.

A hinge assembly includes a first arm, a second arm, a rotatable pin coupling, and a power transfer conduit. The rotatable pin coupling rotationally couples the second arm to the first arm. The first arm defines a first portion of a channel, the second arm defines a second portion of the channel, and rotatable pin coupling defines a third portion of the channel. The power transfer conduit extends through the first portion of the channel at the first arm, the third portion of the channel at the rotatable pin coupling, and the second portion of the channel at the second arm.

A protector with a sensor operatively coupled on a sliding door detects an object by touch between two conductive parts in a hollow part with a space therebetween. The two conductive parts including a conductive part on a lower part of the hollow part as a side of the installation base member and a conductive part on an upper part of the hollow part as a side of a top end are shaped and positioned in a manner that an inner-cabin side end and an outer-cabin side end of the space are continuously provided directly on an inner peripheral surface of the hollow part. A coating layer covers at least an outer peripheral surface of the outer coat of the hollow part having the inner-cabin side end and the outer-cabin side end of the space continuously provided directly on the inner peripheral surface thereof.

A folding panel system that allows foldable panels, such as folding glass doors, to fold and move around segmented tracks. The system includes a trolley assembly. The trolley assembly can include a pair of dual roller assemblies spaced rigidly apart by a rigid guide member and supported by an overhead guide track. The rigid guide member is positioned outside of the guide track and moves lengthwise along the overhead guide track except between overhead linear track segments. A hinge extension is secured to and extends rigidly away from the rigid guide member vertically away from the guide track. This configuration holds the hinge extension at a constant angle with respect to the guide track. The hinge extension pivotably joins hinge leaves from adjacent panels hingedly joining the two panels.

A door leading edge sensor has a door leading edge elastic member which is attached to a front end portion of a door in a door closing direction and includes a cavity extending in a direction intersecting with the closing direction; a linear pressure sensitive sensor is attached to the door leading edge elastic member and is disposed along the extending direction of the cavity. The pressure sensitive sensor has an insulator tube having such an elasticity as to be deformed in accordance with an elastic deformation of the door leading edge elastic member and has plural conductive members fixed to an inner surface of the insulator tube. The plural conductive members are in a non-contact state when the insulator tube is not deformed and are in contact with each other when the insulator tube is deformed.

A passage barrier includes a first guide element and a second guide element, wherein the first guide element and the second guide element define a gate region, through which a person passes from an entrance region into a passage region. At least one barrier element can prevent and/or enable the passage of a person from the entrance region into the passage region within the gate region. A door sash surrounding a window opening of a vehicle door, the door sash including: a design part located on a vehicle exterior side; a frame part located on a vehicle interior side with respect to the design part so as to form a sash interior space surrounded by a wall; and a mounting part located inside the sash interior space and to which door-related components can be mounted. According to this door sash, it is possible to achieve high functionality around the vehicle door while improving the space efficiency of the vehicle door by effectively utilizing the sash interior space as a portion to which the door-related components are mounted.
