Sash retention system
A fenestration assembly comprises a frame having a first jamb and a second jamb parallel to and spaced from the first jamb; a movable sash movably mounted to the frame; a fixed sash fixedly attached to the frame; a plurality of clips coupling the fixed sash to the frame; and an adhesive connector securing an outer face of the fixed sash to the frame.
BREAKAWAY SASH LUG FOR HUNG WINDOWS
A breakaway sash lug assembly for a hung window includes a sash mount seat attachable to a window sash and a lug body rigidly attached to the sash mount seat via a releasable coupling that is configured to release at least one side of the lug body from the sash mount seat upon application a relatively small external force on the lug body. The releasable coupling may inhibit damage from inadvertent contact between the lug body and other portions of the hung window, for example during tilting of the sash for cleaning. The releasable coupling may include a hinge and a latch and/or a snap attachment.
SASH RETENTION SYSTEM

Removable window sash system with integrated spring biased retainer
A spacer that attaches to a window sash in order to create an improved window construction. The window construction has a window frame with side tracks. A window sash is set within the side tracks of the window frame. Gap spaces exist between the window sash and the side tracks. To prevent cocking, spacers are provided. The spacers attached to the sides of the window sash inside the tracks where the spacer is not visible. Each spacer has a base, a spring arm that extends from the base, and a contact head that is supported by the spring arm. The base is mounted to the window sash within a gap space. The spring arm extends into the gap space and biases the contact head toward the side track. The contact head also presents a physical barrier to lateral movement. This inhibits the sash from cocking within the window frame.
SASH GUIDE
A sash guide for a hung window includes a plate having a first end and an opposite second end defining a longitudinal axis. The first end configured to mount to a side rail of a window sash and the second end having an outside surface spaced from the side rail in a transverse direction. The transverse direction being substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal axis. A cam block is disposed proximate the second end and between the plate and the side rail. An adjustment fastener is coupled to the cam block and configured to slide the cam block along the longitudinal axis such that the outside surface of the second end is adjustable along the transverse direction and in relation to the side rail.

Adaptable fenestration frame members and methods
Adaptable fenestration frame members, fenestration units using the frame members, and methods of adapting the fenestration frame members. The adaptable fenestration frame members provide a construction that is adaptable for use in both pocket and non-pocket installations by including an adaptation channel forming an outside corner along one edge of the fenestration frame member. Removal of the outside corner converts that portion of the frame member from an outside corner to an inside corner, thus adapting the frame member for use in a pocket installation.
