Coextrusion profile, method for producing a coextrusion profile, and door and/or window system
A coextrusion profile for a window and/or door part, or a secondary profile to be attached to a window and/or door part, may include a hollow profile forming an outer side of the coextrusion profile and a hollow profile wall made of plastic and a foam core made of plastic foamed within the hollow profile. The window and/or door pan may include a window and/or door frame part, a window and/or door sash part, such as a sliding window or a sliding door.
Fenestration assemblies including composite frame cores and methods for same
A fenestration assembly includes a glazing unit includes a pane spacer between exterior and interior panes proximate glazing unit edges. A fenestration frame is coupled around the glazing unit and includes a frame core extending around the glazing unit. The frame core includes a unitary core wall including a composite material that is hollow and extends continuously from a core interior face to a core exterior face. A metal glazing cap is coupled with the frame core. The metal glazing cap having a cap end indirectly engaged with the glazing unit along the interior pane, and the cap end is remote from the pane spacer. Each of the core exterior face, the pane spacer and the metal glazing cap are thermally isolated from each other with the frame core including the unitary core wall.
ENCAPSULATED OVEN WINDOW PACK
The present disclosure provides a glass assembly having a plastic frame and two glass panes in spaced parallel arrangement, wherein at least one of the glass panes is encapsulated within the plastic frame. The glass assembly is part of a door that is connected to an oven to allow selective access to the interior oven cavity. The encapsulated glass pane can face the interior oven cavity, or face away from the interior oven cavity, toward the environment outside the oven. Each glass pane can also be encapsulated within a frame half, and the two frame halves can be connected to one another. The disclosure also provides a method of making the glass assembly.

LOWER MASS FRAME COMPONENT WITH CLIMATE RESISTANT CHARACTERISTICS
A component adapted to form a portion of a frame (e.g., a sill), door, trim piece, or the like. The component having a body comprised of at least one interior hollow portion that forms an opening at a first end of body, wherein the at least one interior hollow portion has a closed end such that water is prevented from traveling from a second end through the at least one interior hollow portion to the first end. A related method of manufacturing the component such as by injection molding, 3D printing, or multi-step extrusion is also provided.

Frame structure for a window and a method for making a frame structure
The invention relates to a frame structure, such as a window sash or a frame for a window or door, comprising a core made from at least one core member made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) with a density of 80-200 kg/m.sup.3 and a shell of polyurethane (PUR) encasing the core. The core may include a plurality of core members, some of which may be made from a different material.
WOOD FRAME USING WATER SOLUBLE ADHESIVE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a wood frame using a water soluble adhesive and a manufacturing method thereof. The wood frame is manufactured by coating a metal frame with a wood-plastic composite after application of the water soluble adhesive to the metal frame, and may thus have internal rigidity of metal and excellent external flexibility, elasticity, water resistance and corrosion resistance, have an eco-friendly texture like natural wood and prevent deformation due to thermal expansion.
