DOOR LEAF WITH PANEL AND PANEL KIT FOR SUCH A DOOR LEAF
Disclosed is a door leaf including a frame and a door panel with a front leaf, a back leaf and a filler plate. The frame includes conventional profiles with a lip oriented inwards to form a groove. The front leaf is affixed against the front of the frame, and at least partially covers the front of the frame. The door panel is fastened to the back of the frame by panel slats. The front leaf is provided with clamp that enable the front leaf to be pulled against the front of the frame, whereby these clamps are formed by one or more clamps along the periphery of the frame with a basic element that is fastened on the front leaf and a clamping slat affixed thereon that hooks behind an aforementioned lip and can be tightened on the basic element towards the front leaf.
Frame door with split connection frame
A frame door with a split connection frame is provided, including a split connection frame. The split connection frame includes a first connection frame which is provided in a frame door and a second connection frame which is provided in an other frame door. The first connection frame is provided with a slide rail groove, the second frame is provided with a slide plate which engages with the slide rail groove. The slide rail groove has a C-shaped cross section so as to wrap edges of the slide plate. By using the split connection frame design, and using the sliding connection solution of slide rail groove and slide plate, on the one hand, the operation is convenient, time and labor are saved by the preset slide track during mounting process. On the other hand, the frame door is enable to be positioned in the mounting process via the preset slide track, thereby avoiding the assembly error caused by improper operation when using the existing mounting method and improving the assembly accuracy.
INSULATED ARCHITECTURAL COVERING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An apparatus for an architectural opening may include a plurality of panels. At least one of the plurality of panels may include a frame including a plurality of first frame members and a plurality of second frame members sealed together at respective interfaces to define at least one opening. The interfaces may be defined by ends of the first frame members positioned at least partially within respective apertures defined in the second frame members. Each frame member may include an internal cavity, with the apertures fluidically connecting the internal cavities of the frame members. An inset panel may be secured within the at least one opening. One or more hinges may pivotably connect a first panel of the plurality of panels to a second panel of the plurality of panels. The apparatus may be a garage door, an entry door, a window, or a storefront.
Doors and methods for reducing telegraphing therefor
This invention relates to doors having internal blocking components that reduce or eliminate telegraphing of the outer surface of the door facings. In particular, the invention relates to steel-edge steel doors that have internal solid wood blocks that have one or more integral cantilever beams formed into the blocks to interact with the adjoined oppositely arranged door facings in order to eliminate visually apparent door telegraphing. The blocks are modified to contain notches formed therein to form the cantilever beams.
DOOR-READY MOLDING
A door system including a primary door molding attachable to a primary door frame, the primary door molding including a first vertical member and a first hinge member extending from the first vertical member. One of a horizontal member from which the first vertical member downwardly extends and the first vertical member includes a first rotatably engageable element, and the first hinge member includes a second rotatably engageable element vertically spaced from the first rotatably engageable element.

Vacuum insulated architectural covering systems and methods
An apparatus for an architectural opening may include a plurality of panels. At least one of the plurality of panels may include a frame including a pair of rails and a pair of stiles secured to the pair of rails at respective interfaces. The frame may define at least one opening. The interfaces may be sealed in a manner allowing a vacuum to be created inside at least a portion of the frame. An inset panel may be secured within the at least one opening. At least portions of the frame may be vacuum insulated. One or more hinges may secure a first panel of the plurality of panels to a second panel of the plurality of panels. The member may be a transparent or translucent window. The apparatus may be a garage door, an entry door, a window, or a storefront.
Door assembly, air handling unit comprising such a door assembly, and method for manufacturing such a door assembly
This door assembly (29) comprises a frame (31), extending along a frame plane (P1) and comprising: at least one frame beam (35) defining a frame axis (X35) along the frame plane, the frame beam comprising a main body (39) elongated along the frame axis and having a substantially constant cross-section (S39) along said frame axis, the main body comprising a beveled portion (55) inclined relative to the frame plane; and a swing door (33), pivotably secured to the frame between an opened position and a closed position, said swing door comprising at least one edge beam (63) comprising a main body (139) elongated along an edge axis (X63) of the edge beam and having a substantially constant cross-section (S139) along said edge axis, the main body comprising a beveled portion (155) which is brought to rest against the beveled portion of the frame beam when the swing door is brought to the closed position, wherein the cross-section (S39) of the main body (39) of the frame beam (35) is identical to the cross-section (S139) of the main body (139) of the edge beam (63).
