Built-In Transfer Hinge And Door-Window With Same
Disclosed are a built-in transfer hinge, a side hung door-window mounted with the built-in transfer hinge, a mounting method thereof, a horizontal pivoting window mounted with the built-in transfer hinge, and a mounting method for a hardware hinge therein. The built-in transfer hinge includes a frame connecting block, a sash connecting block, a hinge body (12), a two-link rod (13), a three-link rod (14), and a clutch rod (15). The two-link rod (13) and the three-link rod (14) are connected to the frame connecting block. One end of the hinge body (12) is connected to the two-link rod (13), the middle of the hinge body (12) is connected to the three-link rod (14), and the other end of the hinge body (12) is connected to the sash connecting block. The clutch rod (15) is connected between the sash connecting block and the three-link rod (14).
Method of using and distributing a weather seal assembly for an overhead door
A knock-down seal assembly for an overhead-sectional door having horizontal joints between adjacent panels and a leading lateral edge that seals the lateral leading edge of the door as the door closes against the floor or traffic area. The seal assembly includes a pair of retainer rails which do not exceed about 6 feet in overall length. Each of the retainer rails has seal channels formed so as to extend from a bottom surface thereof for receiving a flexible weather seal strip. Each of the rails also has an extension channel formed so as to extend from the bottom surface thereof for receiving an elongate retainer clip. The retainer clip can be used to join the pair of retainer rails to form a single rail.
Knock-Down Weather Seal Assembly for an Overhead Door and Method of Use and Distribution

The seal assembly includes a pair of retainer rails which do not exceed about 5 to 6 feet in overall length. The retainer rails have one or more seal channels formed in a bottom surface of the rail for receiving a flexible weather seal strip. The rails also have a separate extension channel formed in the bottom surface thereof for receiving an elongate retainer clip. The retainer clip can be used to join the pair of rails to form a single rail of a longer overall length.
Fenestration trim assembly
A corner key for a fenestration trim assembly includes a sloped bearing surface configured to bias a first lineal toward a second lineal about the longitudinal axis of the second lineal.
TWO-PIECE DOOR AND INSTALLATION SYSTEM
A two-piece door kit comprises frame members comprising two or more components that can be connected with one or more connectors, a bottom panel that can be movably attached to the frame members, a top panel that can be movably attached to the frame members. Prior to assembly, the two-piece door kit may be packaged compactly in a carton in which the total of the carton length plus twice the carton width plus twice the carton thickness is less than or equal to 165 inches.
FENESTRATION TRIM ASSEMBLY
A corner key for a fenestration trim assembly includes a sloped bearing surface configured to bias a first lineal toward a second lineal about the longitudinal axis of the second lineal.
Decorative cover for commercial window frames
An apparatus for reviving the appearance of a frame structure in a commercial window utilizes extruded plastic U-shaped channels adapted to fit over each element of the frame structure. The plastic channels are mixed with a selected color so that no painting is required. The channels are preferably attached to the frame structure by adhesive strips. Ends of the channels at frame structure intersections are covered by connectors overlaying ends of the channels.
