SEAL FOR A SILL-FREE DOOR
A seal for a sill-free door for sealing a gap between a door leaf and a floor has a carrier rail (2) and a sealing profile 13) retained on the carrier rail (2). The sealing profile (3) has a substantially u-shaped cross section with two limbs (30) and a sealing crosspiece (32), which connects the two limbs (30) to one another and is intended for bearing with sealing action on the floor. There is a cavity (37) present, said cavity being defined by an underside (23) of the carrier rail (2), by the limbs (30) and by the sealing crosspiece (32), wherein the sealing profile (3), on each limb (30), has at least one strip (34) which is arranged on an inner side of the limb (30), projects into the cavity and is intended for improving the sound insulation. At least two strips (34) have a thickness which is greater than the thickness of the adjacent region of the limb (30). Said seal has optimized sound insulation.

Sound damping door
A sound damping door system having a door frame, a compression seal, a door slab, a bottom seal, and a concealed hinge assembly. The door frame includes male and female components adapted to engage each other in a rough door opening between first and second wall faces; and at least one isolation gasket adapted to be disposed between the male and female components. The compression seal is mounted to the door frame. The door slab includes an outer skin; an arched constrainment sheet inside the outer skin; a damping fill material inside the outer skin; and an acoustic insert inside the outer skin. The bottom seal is mounted to a bottom surface of the door slab such that the bottom seal is permitted to move relative to the door slab.
Automatic door system, in particular in the form of a sliding door or a telescopic sliding door or a folding door
The invention relates to an automatic door system including a first door leaf of a first door leaf arrangement that can be displaced in the longitudinal direction. A floor-side guide rail arrangement extends in the longitudinal direction and includes a first floor rail arrangement. The at least one first door leaf includes an engagement element which is arranged on an underside of the at least one first door leaf. The at least one first floor rail arrangement includes at least one first floor rail and at least one connection and/or functional element, wherein the at least one connection and/or functional element is arranged on an end side of the at least one first floor rail. The at least one first floor rail includes at least one first guide groove extending in the longitudinal direction. The at least one engagement element of the at least one first door leaf of the at least one first door leaf arrangement is inserted into the at least one first guide groove and is guided in the longitudinal direction by the at least one first guide groove.

BENDABLE SEALING PROFILE
A bendable sealing profile for arrangement on a door system, in particular on a frame element and/or on a leaf element, has, in the cross-section, a first profile part, a second profile part and a joint, by which the profile parts are connected so as to be movable in relation to one another. The sealing profile has a latching device, by which the profile parts can be latched to one another when the profile parts are transferred from an intermediate position, in particular from an angled arrangement in relation to one another, to a mounting position, in particular to a straight arrangement in relation to one another.

Self-adjusting bottom bar for a retractable screen
A self-adjusting retractable screen system including a sheet of flexible screen material and a bottom bar assembly extending horizontally along a bottom edge of the sheet of flexible screen material from a first end to a second end. The bottom bar assembly includes a termination bar secured to the bottom edge of the sheet of flexible screen material and an adjustable arm received on the termination bar. The adjustable arm can be rotated between a level position and a rotated position.

ADJUSTABLE DOOR
A door which is adjustable in length and breadth is defined by an outer sash having a generally rectangular configuration. A hinge side of the sash nests within a U-sweep member running along its length. The U-sweep member interfaces with the sash through a step adjust adaptor secured to a hinge side member of the sash and extending along at least one of its inner and outer faces. The step adjust adaptor interfaces with the U-sweep member through a series of spaced apart detents which may be ridges and grooves to provide incremental adjustment of the breadth of the door. An L-sweeper is securable to a bottom member of the sash and is adjustable to vary a length (height) of the door.
