Access system for a work vehicle
An access ladder assembly for a work vehicle to enable an operator to move from a ground position to a walkway of the work vehicle. A support rail includes a rail first end connected to a crossbar and a rail second end spaced from the rail first end. A slider is movably connected to the support rail to move from the rail second end toward the rail first end. An actuator includes an actuator first end connected to the crossbar and an actuator second end spaced from the actuator first end, wherein the actuator includes an extended position and a retracted position. A step is operatively connected to the actuator second end and is operatively connected to the slider, wherein the step includes a lowered position when the actuator is at the extended position and a raised position when the actuator is at the retracted position.

Vehicle access device mounted holder for equipment
An equipment holder for mounting on an access device of a vehicle, such as on a side rail of a retractable stair or ladder of the vehicle. The holder can be configured to hold one or more wheel chocks and/or one or more fire extinguishers. The holder can be mounted by a unique mounting bracket. Other equipment may be carried in the holder e.g. one or more radio communications handsets, first aid equipment, protective clothing (such as a hard hat, weatherproof jacket) or a tool kit, or combinations of two or more thereof. The holder can include a cradle or rack mounted to the access device by the mounting bracket.

Ladder rung cap for use with open ended ladder rungs for noise reduction and safety
A ladder rung accessory assembly includes first and second caps have a respective base that is shaped to cover respective rung openings of a selected rung of an extension ladder to reduce acoustic noise during transport. Each cap includes a guide member that is received in the respective opening to position the attached base. Channels formed through the bases and guide members are shaped to receive a cable tie passing through each cap and the selected rung. The first cap is held against the ladder by a head of the cable tie and the second cap is held against the ladder by an internal pawl locking mechanism of the second cap that ratchets against a toothed tape section of the cable tie.

Last step indicator for ladders and ladders incorporating same
Ladders and ladder components are provided including a rung assembly that provides an alert to a user of the ladder that they are standing on a particular rung or step. In one example, the lower most rung or step of a ladder includes a rung assembly having an alert mechanism. The alert mechanism may provide an audible and/or other sensory alert to a user when they step on the rung assembly so that the user recognizes their position relative to the ground or supporting surface. In one embodiment, the rung assembly is configured to include a base member, a displaceable member and an alert mechanism, wherein the displaceable member is positioned between the alert mechanism and the base member.
Ladder attachment platform
A ladder attachment platform is provided that includes a base for attachment to a ladder that has first and second side rails and a plurality of rungs that extend between in a lateral direction. Also included is a user platform for having a user stand thereon that is carried by the base. The user platform may be positioned with respect to the ladder so that it is not located between a first plane that extends through the first side rail and is perpendicular to the lateral direction and a second plane that extends through the second side rail and is perpendicular to the lateral direction.
