A dry grout composition including a calcium aluminosulfate based hydraulic cement, a mineral filler, a thixotropic agent, and a superplasticizer agent. Also, an anchoring capsule, containing the dry grout composition, for use in anchoring reinforcing member dowel, or anchor elements in a hole of a substrate, and a method of use.
Light weight rockbolt components and a non-metallic rockbolt
The various disclosed embodiments provide a split set type composite rockbolt which has a slot extending from a chamfered tip of a tubular body portion of the rockbolt and through a neck portion partway to a collar portion. The rockbolt is made of a composite material which has a resin medium with longitudinal and circumferential fibres.
METHOD OF SUPPORTING A ROCK WALL
A rock bolt includes an elongate metallic body having a first end and an opposed second end, a threaded portion at the second end, for attaching thereto and locating thereon, a nut and a bearing plate, a mechanical anchor at, or at least partially located on, a first end portion of the body and a first resistive anchor, located between the threaded portion and the mechanical anchor.
NPR steel material for rock bolt and production method thereof
An NPR steel material for rock bolt and a production method thereof are disclosed. The NPR steel material for rock bolt has a composition, in weight percent, consisting of: C: 0.4-0.7%, Mn: 15-20%, Si: ≤0.1%, Cu: ≤0.03%, Cr: ≤0.01%, Ni: ≤0.02%, S: ≤0.001%, P: ≤0.001%, and the rest being Fe and unavoidable impurity elements. The NPR steel material for rock bolt and the production method thereof effectively solve the problem that rock bolts in the prior art have low tensile strength and low effective elongation. The NPR steel material for rock bolt has a yield strength adjustable in the range of 500-1100 MPa, and an elongation adjustable in the range of 10-80%.
SELF-ANCHORED OPPOSITE-PULLING ANTI-IMPACT ANCHOR CABLE FOR SECTIONAL COAL PILLARS AND USING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a self-anchored opposite-pulling anti-impact anchor cable for sectional coal pillars and a using method thereof. The anchor cable includes a steel strand (100), with an energy-absorbing and yielding terminal (200) and a stressed expansion-cracking terminal (300) respectively fixed to two ends of the steel strand, a bushing (400) sleeved outside the steel strand, a first lock (610) provided at one end of the steel strand and a second lock (620) provided at the other end of the steel strand; the stressed expansion-cracking terminal includes a self-anchored bushing (420) with a plurality of pre-splitting lines (440) arranged in the wall of the self-anchored bushing. Under stress, the wall of the self-anchored bushing cracks along the pre-splitting lines and bends and expands, so that it abuts against and is self-anchored to the edge of a sectional coal pillar at the outer side.
System and method for supporting sidewalls or ribs in coal mines
A mining bolt system to anchor mining roofs. A bearing plate has a top bearing surface, a bottom bearing surface and a central hole. An L-shaped angle bracket having an upstanding portion and an upper portion has further defined therein a pair of bracket holes. A bolt including a rod portion and a bolt head passes through the central hole and into a mine roof. A threaded staff is then adapted to pass through one of the bracket holes underneath the bottom bearing surface, wherein, in combination, the bearing plate, angle bracket and threaded staff can be tensioned to provide a lifting force against the mine roof.
Bolter
A drilling and bolting rig includes a carousel rotatable about a carousel axis and including a plurality of stations configured to support a plurality of consumables, one or more actuators, and a position sensor coupled to the carousel. The one or more actuators are configured to rotate the carousel about the carousel axis. The drilling and bolting rig further includes an electronic processor coupled to the one or more actuators and the position sensor. The electronic processor is configured to detect, using the position sensor, a rotational position of the carousel, and rotate, using the one or more actuators, the carousel based on the rotational position of the carousel.
NON-METALLIC SPLIT SET ROCKBOLT
The various disclosed embodiments provide a split set type composite rockbolt which has a slot extending from a chamfered tip of a tubular body portion of the rockbolt and through a neck portion partway to a collar portion. The rockbolt is made of a composite material which has a resin medium with longitudinal and circumferential fibres.
A Single-Anchor Centrally Grouted Full-Length Anchored Steel Wire Bundle and Supporting Method Thereof
The present invention provides a single-anchor centrally grouted full-length anchored steel wire bundle and a supporting method thereof, which are suitable for use in supporting engineering for the deep dynamic pressure roadway or soft rock roadway. The steel wire bundle consists of parallel steel wires and a central pipe, wherein multiple strands of parallel steel wires are arranged around the central pipe, the central pipe is provided with a slurry output bracket which divides the parallel steel wires into a front part and a rear part, the front part is provided with large stirring jackets, and the rear part is provided with a threaded casing on its tail end. After the coal is cut by a tunneling machine and a roadway is formed, the steel wire bundle is anchored at the ends, and the roadway tunneling speed is increased on a premise of ensuring roadway safety; central grouting is carried out for the steel wire bundle with a pump truck without affecting the quick roadway tunneling, so as to anchor the steel wire bundle in full length and ensure long-time stability of the roadway. The length of the steel wire bundle may be selected according to the geological conditions and the mining environment of the mine, and is not limited by the height of the roadway; the single-anchor centrally grouted supporting method realizes full-length anchoring of the steel wire bundle, and it not only improves the roadway tunneling speed and relieves mining imbalance in the mine, but also solves the problem of large deformation of the roadway.
