A pump device (10) for pumping a fluid, having a hydraulic enclosure (12) that comprises an annular section, a pump ring (14) that is deformable and which defines an annular pump chamber at least in certain regions, a pump ring carrier (16) that is solidly connected to the pump ring (14), a first connector and a second connector, which first connector and which second connector are in fluid communication with the pump chamber, wherein the pump device (10) is set up in such a way that at least one measure influences a parking position of an eccentric (18) such that said parking position is preferred in the region of a clamping member (114), the measure being selected from: a) at least one recess in the hydraulic housing, which recess locally widens the chamber for the pump ring (14) in the axial direction, b) a geometry of the pump ring carrier (16), in which the pump ring carrier (16) has an enlarged diameter on its inner side facing the eccentric (18) in the angular region of the clamping member (114), and c) a geometric configuration of the pump ring (14), which, in the non-installed state of the pump ring (14), provides in one region at least a reduced strength of the pump ring (14), said region being in the clamping member region in the installed state of the pump ring (14), resulting in a reduced axial pressing action of the pump ring (14) in the clamping member region.

PUMP DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AT LEAST LOCALLY SEALING THE PUMP DEVICE
The invention relates to a pump device for pumping a fluid, comprising a hydraulic housing (2), a pump ring support (5) which is arranged in the hydraulic housing (2), an elastic pump ring (3) which is arranged between the pump ring support (5) and the hydraulic housing (2) in the radial direction (RR), and a separating chamber pin (4), wherein the pump ring (3) can be pressed in the radial direction (RR) against an inner wall surface of the hydraulic housing (2) by means of the separating chamber pin (4) in order to produce an at least local seal on the hydraulic housing (2), and wherein the hydraulic housing (2) has a radial offset section (6), along which an offset element that is formed on the separating chamber pin (4) or a separate offset element that interacts with the separating chamber pin can be introduced in the axial direction (AR) and thus offsets the separating chamber pin (4) and the pump ring (3) in the radial direction.
Curved flexible impeller
An impeller is attached to a rotary shaft provided in an inner space of a housing and includes a tube fixed to the rotary shaft and a plurality of blades protruding toward an outer diameter direction from the tube. A tip of each blade is in slidable contact with an inner peripheral surface of the housing. Each blade has a shape curved toward a rotation-direction rear side of the rotary shaft in a free state and includes an extension surface on a rotation-direction front side of the rotary shaft and a compression surface on the rotation-direction rear side of the rotary shaft. A curvature radius of a root on the compression surface in the blade is formed larger than a curvature radius of a root on the extension surface in the blade.
Curved flexible impeller
An impeller is attached to a rotary shaft provided in an inner space of a housing and includes a tube fixed to the rotary shaft and a plurality of blades protruding toward an outer diameter direction from the tube. A tip of each blade is in slidable contact with an inner peripheral surface of the housing. Each blade has a shape curved toward a rotation-direction rear side of the rotary shaft in a free state and includes an extension surface on a rotation-direction front side of the rotary shaft and a compression surface on the rotation-direction rear side of the rotary shaft. A curvature radius of a root on the compression surface in the blade is formed larger than a curvature radius of a root on the extension surface in the blade.
Rotary pump with deformable pump ring
The invention relates to a pump device (10) for pumping a fluid (13), comprising: a pump housing (12) having an annular portion (22); a pump ring (14), which is deformable and defines an annular pump chamber (57) at least in some portions; a first connection (51) and a second connection (52), said first connection (51) and said second connection (52) being in fluid communication with the pump chamber (57); an eccentric (18), which is designed to be rotatable relative to the pump housing (12) and which is arranged such in the pump device (10) that the eccentric (18), depending on a current rotational position of the eccentric (18), deforms the pump ring (14) in such a way that the pump ring (14) presses at least partially against the annular portion (22) in order to pump, by way of a rotation of the eccentric (18), the fluid (13) along the pump chamber (57) from the first connection (51) to the second connection (52) depending on the current rotational position of the eccentric; and a clamping element (114), which is designed to statically press the pump ring (14) against the annular portion (22) of the pump housing (12) in a clamping link region (45). The pump ring (14) has at least one recess (47) for accommodating at least part of the clamping element (114), said recess (47) being dimensioned such that in each rotational position of the eccentric (18) at least in some portions a distance (48) between the radially inner side (50) of the clamping element (114) and the pump ring (14) is provided.
Rotary pump with deformable pump ring
The invention relates to a pump device (10) for pumping a fluid (13), comprising: a pump housing (12) having an annular portion (22); a pump ring (14), which is deformable and defines an annular pump chamber (57) at least in some portions; a first connection (51) and a second connection (52), said first connection (51) and said second connection (52) being in fluid communication with the pump chamber (57); an eccentric (18), which is designed to be rotatable relative to the pump housing (12) and which is arranged such in the pump device (10) that the eccentric (18), depending on a current rotational position of the eccentric (18), deforms the pump ring (14) in such a way that the pump ring (14) presses at least partially against the annular portion (22) in order to pump, by way of a rotation of the eccentric (18), the fluid (13) along the pump chamber (57) from the first connection (51) to the second connection (52) depending on the current rotational position of the eccentric; and a clamping element (114), which is designed to statically press the pump ring (14) against the annular portion (22) of the pump housing (12) in a clamping link region (45). The pump ring (14) has at least one recess (47) for accommodating at least part of the clamping element (114), said recess (47) being dimensioned such that in each rotational position of the eccentric (18) at least in some portions a distance (48) between the radially inner side (50) of the clamping element (114) and the pump ring (14) is provided.

Pump device
Pump device has pump housing with annular portion; a deformable pump ring that defines annular pump chamber; a first connection and a second connection in fluid communication with the-pump chamber; an eccentric rotatable relative to the pump housing and arranged such that the eccentric deforms the-pump ring and pump ring presses against the annular to pump fluid along the-pump chamber from the-first to the-second connection depending on the current rotational position of the eccentric. A clamping element presses the-pump ring against the-annular portion of the pump housing in a clamping link region. The pump ring has at least one recess for accommodating at least part of the clamping element and is dimensioned to provide a distance between the radially inner side of the clamping element and the-pump ring.
