A system and method monitor operation of a compressor, determine whether the operation of the compressor is outside of a designated range of values, and, responsive to determining that the operation of the compressor is outside of the designated range of values, one or more of (a) prevent communication of a signal to a system controller that controls operation of the compressor, (b) direct a gas from a reservoir to a pressure sensor used by the system controller to determine a gas pressure generated by the compressor, and/or (c) communicate the signal to the system controller that controls operation of the compressor.

A portable electrical generation system includes a generator having a rotor and a plurality of stators to produce a supply of electrical energy, a prime mover operable to drive the rotor, a voltage selector control operably connected to the generator, and a link board assembly configured to removably engage the voltage selector control, the link board assembly including a base board and a plurality of bus bars, the bus bars being arranged to electrically orient the plurality of stators to provide a first power output configuration.
HYBRID GENERATOR WITH DETACHABLE POWER UNIT AND PANEL INTEGRATION
A generator module includes a battery, a charging circuit, an electric power outlet, and an enclosure. The charging circuit is coupled to an output of a generator and configured to charge the battery. The electric power outlet is configured to provide an output from the battery, the generator, or a combination of the battery and the generator. The enclosure includes the battery, the charging circuit, and the electric power outlet such that the enclosure detachable from the generator.

A hydraulic fracturing system for fracturing a subterranean formation includes a support structure that includes an electric powered pump, arranged in a first area, the electric powered pump powered by at least one electric motor, also arranged in the first area. The system further includes a variable frequency drive (VFD), arranged in a second area proximate the first area, connected to the at least one electric motor to control the speed of the at least one electric motor. The system includes a transformer, arranged in a third area proximate the second area. The system also includes a cooling system, arranged in a fourth area proximate the third area, the cooling system providing a cooling fluid to the VFD via one or more headers.
POWER AND HEAT GENERATOR SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
There is provided a generator system for generating power and heat. The system comprises an engine, an electrical power generator driven by the engine, a radiator for cooling engine coolant, a heater powered by the electrical power generator, and an airflow generation device driven by the engine. The heater has an airflow outlet and an airflow inlet. The airflow generation device has an air intake inlet and an air exhaust outlet. The system further comprises a first conduit directing airflow through the radiator into the air intake inlet of the airflow generation device. The system also includes a second conduit directing airflow from the air exhaust outlet of the airflow generation device to the airflow inlet of the heater. The airflow generation device may be a centrifugal fan that draws air through the radiator and pushes the air through the heater.
SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING MOBILE POWER
The present invention discloses a system for providing mobile power, in which the required equipment for the power supply system at fracturing fields as well as connection cables and connection hoses are integrated properly, assigned onto three transport vehicles for movement and effectively connected. Intake components and a turbine generation system are combined on a first transport vehicle and installed together, then transported to customer sites directly, thus saving the installation time at the user sites. The two different designs on the locations of an exhaust stack and an exhaust silencer not only meet the requirements of road transportation, but also meet the requirements of exhaust gas emission during operations.
High capacity low restriction diesel generator air filtration system
An air filtration system is coupled to an inlet of an enclosure of or to a piece of equipment. The air filtration system is coupled to the enclosure at the air inlet such that air entering the enclosure through the air inlet passes through the air filtration system. The air filtration system includes a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes an outer frame and a support mesh. The outer frame is coupled to the enclosure. The air filtration system includes a door assembly. The door assembly includes a door frame and a door support mesh. The door assembly is received by and mechanically coupled to the frame assembly. The air filtration system includes filter media positioned in an interior of the air filtration system defined by the frame assembly and the door assembly.
GENERATOR HAVING CONFINED SPACE SHUTDOWN
Generators and methods for shutting down generators in confined spaces. One generator includes an internal combustion engine, an alternator, a power outlet, and an electronic processor communicatively coupled to the engine. The electronic processor is configured to obtain an engine speed of the engine, and determine that the engine speed is below an engine speed threshold. The electronic processor is further configured to determine, in response to determining that the engine speed is below the engine speed threshold, that a predetermined number of a plurality of secondary parameters of the generator have crossed respective secondary thresholds. The electronic processor is further configured to shut down the generator in response to determining that the predetermined number of the secondary parameters have crossed the respective second thresholds.
High density mobile power unit and system
A high density mobile power unit may include an elongated unibody frame having a frame cavity, a front end, a rear end, an elongated roof panel, a front panel, a rear panel, an elongated floor assembly having an upper side and a lower side, an elongated first side panel, and an elongated second side panel. A frame cavity bounded by the roof panel, front panel, rear panel, the upper side of the floor assembly, first side panel, and second side panel. A plurality of wheel and tire assemblies may be coupled to the unibody frame and may support the unibody frame above a ground surface. A radiator may be coupled to the upper side of the floor assembly and positioned within the frame cavity at the front end. At least one generator may be positioned within the frame cavity at the rear end. An engine may be positioned within the frame cavity between the at least one generator and the radiator. An under carriage structural lattice arrangement may be coupled to the lower side of the floor assembly.
Portable generator
The portable generator is a portable electricity provisioning system that is adapted for use in generating electricity. The portable electricity provisioning system is mounted on a wheeled structure that allows the portable generator to be readily transported to locations where electricity is otherwise not available or is not adequate for the intended use. The portable generator is configured to provide electricity at 120 Vac, 12 Vdc and 5 Vdc and further comprises adequate energy reserves and connections to provide 625 amps at 12 Vdc for use in starting vehicles in maintenance situations. The portable generator comprises an inverter, a jump starting system, a plurality of ports, and a dolly.
