AUXILIARY-MACHINE CONTROL DEVICE, CONTROL SYSTEM, TURBOCHARGER, CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

An auxiliary-machine control device equipped with: a command-value acquisition unit for acquiring an operation command value for a device to be controlled and an allowable range for the operation amount of control means for controlling the operating state of the device to be controlled; an operation-amount calculation unit for calculating the operation amount for the control means on the basis of the acquired operation command value; and an operation-amount determination unit for outputting the calculated operation-amount signal to the device to be controlled if the operation amount calculated by the operation-amount calculation unit falls within the allowable range, and outputting an upper-limit value or a lower-limit value for the operation-amount allowable range if the calculated operation amount falls outside of the allowable range.

INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE OPTIMISATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
20230296061 · 2023-09-21 ·

The present invention relates to internal combustion engines. More particularly, the present invention relates to an arrangement whereby internal combustion engines can be operated more efficiently at higher compression pressures. Aspects and/or embodiments seek to provide a method and/or apparatus and/or system for using very high compression ratios in internal combustion engines while preventing damage from pinking or knocking.

Throttle device

A throttle device includes a throttle body, a throttle valve, a throttle shaft, a throttle gear, and a coil spring. A cylindrical spring guide disposed in the coil spring is provided on the throttle body. A full-close stopper and a full-open stopper arranged at a prescribed interval in a circumferential direction are provided on the spring guide. A fully closed opening regulation lever includes a full-close abutment configured to abut against the full-close stopper and full-open abutment configured to abut against the full-open stopper.

A vehicle power supply apparatus includes a generator, an electrical energy accumulator, a throttle valve, a power generation controller, a throttle plate position upper limit setting unit, and a throttle valve controller. The generator is coupled to an engine of a vehicle. The electrical energy accumulator is able to be coupled to the generator. The throttle valve is provided in an intake system of the engine. The power generation controller allows the generator to perform regenerative power generation on decelerated travel of the vehicle. The throttle plate position upper limit setting unit sets an upper limit of a throttle plate position of the throttle valve on the basis of a state of the electrical energy accumulator. The throttle valve controller controls the throttle plate position within a range downward from the upper limit, during the regenerative power generation by the generator.

GO-KART WITH INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE WITH ADJUSTABLE POWER
20240093650 · 2024-03-21 ·

An internal combustion engine kart implementing an accelerator cable connecting an accelerator pedal and an operating lever rotating an air inlet flap controlling the amount of air entering the engine, and a controller receiving at least one control signal emitted by a remote transmitter. The kart includes a movable stop acting on the operating lever so as to change its range of movement and consequently a level of maximum opening of the air inlet flap. The movement of the movable stop depends on the control signal.
