Analog controller for electronic throttle body

A throttle assembly for an engine may include a remote throttle lever, a sensor, and a terminal. The remote throttle lever may be coupled physically to a user input device and operable to be moved under control of the user input device. The sensor is configured to detect a position of the remote throttle lever and generate an output signal indicative of the position of the remote throttle lever. The terminal configured to provide the output signal to a controller of the engine.

VALVE DEVICE

An electrically-operated actuator rotates a valve toward its closing side or opening side. A valve urging part urges the valve from a fully-closed position toward the opening side. An ACT control part controls the electrically-operated actuator to drive. A set load of the valve urging part is smaller than a set load that is capable of returning the valve from a fully-closed position to an intermediate position only by urging force of the valve urging part. When a position of the valve at time of turning off an IG switch for stopping operation of an internal-combustion engine is on the closing side of the intermediate position, the ACT control part shifts the valve to the intermediate position by the electrically-operated actuator after the IG switch is turned off.

Governor and inversion pump drive gear

A governor and inversion pump drive gear for an integrated drive generator has a gear body extending from a first end to a second end. There is an enlarged disc between the first and second ends. A boss extends from the enlarged disc toward the second end and has an internal bore with spline teeth. The enlarged disc has input gear teeth at an outer periphery. A shaft portion extends from the disc to the first end. A flange is formed at a location intermediate the first end and the enlarged disc. The inner gear teeth and the drive gear teeth have unique tooth profiles. An integrated dive generator and a method are also disclosed.
