FUEL FEED UNIT AND TWO-STROKE ENGINE HAVING A FUEL FEED UNIT
A fuel feed unit has a base body with an intake channel section, into which a fuel opening opens. A partition wall section divides the intake channel section into a mixture channel and an air channel. The wall section has a recess in which the throttle flap at least partially lies in an end position. The wall section has, upstream of the recess, a continuous surface facing the mixture channel and which has lateral sections adjacent to the channel wall and a middle section running between the lateral sections. The lateral sections have, upstream of the throttle flap, a separation edge for the flow. In the end position, the side of the throttle flap facing the mixture channel defines a reference plane which divides the unit into a first region and a second region. The lateral sections extend, at least directly upstream of the recess, into the second region.
Intake device
An intake device is provided with a throttle body having a valve that can rotate relative to a body, and an intake pipe provided downstream of the throttle body and connected to an internal combustion engine, an intake passage of the intake pipe being provided with a flow adjustment part that guides the air supplied from the throttle body in the direction in which the intake passage extends, and the flow adjustment part being provided to an upstream end that is on the throttle body-side in the intake passage and also being provided so as to connect to an inner peripheral surface of the intake passage at a position of non-contact when the valve is fully open.
SLOTLESS BRUSHLESS MOTOR-DRIVEN THROTTLE VALVE DEVICE, ENGINE, AND VEHICLE
The present invention provides a compact throttle valve device with good valve responsiveness and small unnecessary vibrations, an engine, and a vehicle. A slotless brushless motor-driven throttle valve device has a throttle body provided with a tubular portion in which an intake air passage is formed, a throttle valve disposed in the tubular portion, and a slotless brushless motor serving as a drive motor for performing opening/closing drive for the throttle valve. The throttle body housing has a hole portion into which a fixing member for fixing the throttle body to a member to be attached is inserted. The hole portion is formed in the vicinity of the outer circumferential portion of the tubular portion. The compact, narrow slotless brushless motor is disposed near the hole portion formed in the throttle body, and the throttle valve device is very compact.
Electronic fuel injection throttle body assembly
Present embodiments provide a throttle body which may be used with a variety of engines of different manufacturers. The throttle body may be used to replace mechanical or hydraulically controlled carburetors with electronic fuel injection. The throttle body may provide improved fuel pathways and fuel injector placement.
THROTTLE BODY WITH FLUID FLOW CONTROL
A throttle body may have a main bore for supplying a fuel and air mixture to an engine. A throttle valve head may be received in the main bore and movable between idle and wide open positions to control fluid flow through the main bore. A main fuel outlet and a boost venturi may open to the main bore and a flow directing feature may alter the velocity and/or direction of fluid flow in the main bore relative to the fuel outlet or boost venturi. The flow directing feature may be carried by the body, the throttle valve head, or the boost venturi.

Throttle device and method for manufacturing throttle device
A valve gear includes a gear portion configured to rotate by drive torque transmitted from an actuator, a boss portion provided on the gear portion and having a cylindrical outer wall, and one or more extension portions extending in an axial direction from the gear portion on a radial outer side of the boss portion. A coiled spring including a first hook provided at end portion on a gear portion side, and a second hook provided at end portion on an opposite side to the gear portion so that the first hook and the second hook are respectively locked to each other on opposite sides in a circumferential direction of the extension portion. A valve gear subassembly formed by assembling the valve gear and the spring is housed in a valve gear accommodating chamber of the body, and the second hook of the spring is locked to the body.

Throttle body assembly
A throttle body assembly that includes a throttle body defining a primary air passage for an air intake system of an automobile. A valve is located in the primary air passage and is moveable along a travel path between a closed position, wherein an air flow through the primary air passage is blocked, and an open position, wherein the air flow can travel through the primary air passage. The open position includes a plurality of positions along a scale between a minimum amount of openness and a maximum amount of openness and a greater air flow rate corresponds to a larger amount of openness. A limiter is located in the primary air passage adjacent to the valve and reduces the relationship between openness and the corresponding flow rate for a portion of the travel path.
