One end of the needle facing the pressure chamber is provided with the valve member. Another end of the needle is provided with a movable core that faces a fixed core in an axial direction of the needle. The high-pressure pump includes a coil assembly that includes a coil, a terminal connected to the coil, and first and second yokes that form a magnetic circuit on both sides of the coil in the axial direction. The coil assembly is between a first connection portion and a second connection portion. The first connection portion connects the coil assembly and the fixed core. The second connection portion connects the coil assembly and the cylinder member.
ANTI-ROTATION RETAINING MECHANISM FOR A HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL INJECTOR IN A FUEL SYSTEM
Apparatuses for immobilizing fuel injection apparatuses are disclosed. A coupling member couples a fuel injection apparatus with an injector body of an engine. The coupling member includes a top surface, a bottom surface, a side surface, and an opening extending from the top surface to the bottom surface. The opening receives the fuel injection apparatus. The coupling member also includes a protruding portion extending from the bottom surface or the side surface which comes into contact with the injector body to prevent rotational movement of the fuel injection apparatus.
NOZZLE NEEDLE FOR A FUEL INJECTOR, AND INJECTOR HOUSING FOR A NOZZLE NEEDLE
A nozzle needle for a fuel injector, the nozzle needle including an elongated nozzle needle main body which has, at one of its two long ends, a nozzle needle tip for selectively closing an injection opening of the fuel injector. The nozzle needle also including a plastic and/or ceramic sleeve for enclosing the nozzle needle main body peripherally along a longitudinal region of the nozzle needle, which longitudinal region is spaced apart from the nozzle needle tip.
Fuel injection system having a fuel-conveying component, a fuel injector and a connecting device
A connecting device for fuel injection systems is used for joining a fuel injector to a cup and to a fuel-conveying component. In this context, connecting elements are provided, which are insertable into the cup in such a manner, that they are situated at least approximately in one plane, which is oriented perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of a cup. Connecting elements take the form of pin-shaped connecting elements. In addition, the connecting elements are formed in such a manner, that they are inserted into the cup, inside an outer cross-section of the cup. A securing element is also provided for securing the connecting elements. Furthermore, a fuel injection system having such a connecting device is provided.
FUEL DELIVERY PIPE
Provided is a high-quality fuel delivery pipe that is formed by stacking, braze-joining and integrating upper and lower cases, and is provided with excellent pressure resistance by reinforcing a portion having a low braze joint strength. This fuel delivery pipe formed by stacking, braze-joining and integrating the upper and lower cases is characterized in that a reinforcement member is provided on a side wall portion of the lower case that overlaps a side wall of the upper case separately from or integrally with the lower case, both the reinforcement member and the lower case are fitted into the upper case so that the reinforcement member and the lower case overlap the upper case, and the overlapping portions are joined and integrated together by copper brazing.
Connector assembly for a fuel injector
An electrical connector assembly of a fuel injector includes a body with external walls defining an internal volume and an internal wall dividing the connector in a first part adapted to be fixed in a complementary engagement with the body of the injector and, in a second part adapted to receive another electrical connector. The electrical connector assembly also includes at least one electrical terminal extending through the internal wall from an inner extremity protruding in the inner volume of the first part of the body, to an outer extremity protruding in the outer volume of the second part of the body. The outer extremity is shaped to receive in a complementary engagement an electrical terminal of said another electrical connector. The connector assembly is adapted to be in fluid communication with the back leak return conduit of the injector.
High-pressure fuel pump
The present disclosure relates to high-pressure fuel pumps and the teaching may be applied to pumps in which a pump piston, by means of which a fuel is acted on with a high pressure, is guided in a guiding sleeve. In some embodiments, a high-pressure fuel pump may include: a housing having a housing recess; a pump piston for pressurizing a fuel; and a guiding sleeve arranged in the housing recess and guiding the pump piston. The guiding sleeve is connected to the housing recess with a materially engaging connection.
