A motorised fluid metering valve includes an inlet pipe, a discharge pipe and a motor moving a piston that can move linearly between a closed position in which a distal end of the piston sealingly engages with a seat of matching shape, and an open position. The valve is configured to have a flow rate that varies continuously between the closed position and the open position depending on an axial position of the piston. The inlet pipe opens in a periphery of the discharge pipe, with a constant protuberance regardless of the position of the piston, the protuberance not extending radially beyond a barycentre of the discharge pipe. Also, the motor is a rotary electric motor moving the piston in translation.

A valve includes: a drive; a plunger connected to the drive; and two closing bodies connected to the plunger and movable by the plunger such that the two closing bodies are movable into abutment against respective sealing seats or away from the respective sealing seats. The two closing bodies are arranged fixedly on a sleeve, and the sleeve is slidable onto the plunger and connected fixedly to the plunger.

Moreover, a sealing member preventing fluid from flowing into the actuator is disposed at one end portion of the shaft. The housing has the chamber which accommodates the second bearing and is isolated form the exterior. The second bearing is made of a PPS resin material to which a fluororesin material is added. Thus, the second bearing is not corroded even if exposed to an atmosphere of strong acid.

When the housing is assembled in the assembly hole, an inlet and an outlet of the flow passage communicate with the other flow passages, and seal members are provided between the housing and the outer housing near the inlet and near the outlet. Assembly grooves are formed in the outer surface of the housing. A portion of each of the seal members that correspond to the assembly grooves has either an outer shape matching the shape of the assembly grooves or a shape formed by addition of a tightening margin to the outer shape.

Assembly grooves are formed in the outer surface of the housing. A portion of each of the seal members that correspond to the assembly grooves has either an outer shape matching the shape of the assembly grooves or a shape formed by addition of a tightening margin to the outer shape.

An electrically controlled valve for the circulation of hot fluids is made up of an electromagnetic actuator and a valve. The valve has an opening provided with a movable sealing member driven by a rotation shaft perpendicular to the axis of the opening, the electromagnetic actuator driving the rotation of the shaft, the output shaft of the actuator being substantially coaxial with the rotation shaft. The front end of the rotation shaft and the front end of the output shaft are not in direct contact. The coupling between the rotation shaft of the valve and the output shaft of the actuator is provided by a coupling member placed between the front end of the output shaft and the front end of the shaft. The coupling member transmitting rotation torque with a misalignment tolerance between the output shaft and the rotation shaft of the valve. The valve also having thermally insulation for mechanical connection between peripheral areas of the body of the actuator and the body of the valve.
