A tank system for a construction machine includes a fuel tank having an outer tank wall that closes off a tank volume to the outside, a withdrawal tank volume, which is separated by a partition wall from a main tank volume of the tank volume and has a fuel-exchanging connection to the main tank volume, and a fuel withdrawal arrangement having a main fuel pump and a withdrawal line opening into the withdrawal tank volume for conveying fuel by the main fuel pump via the withdrawal line from the withdrawal tank volume to a fuel-consuming system region. The tank system also includes a fuel feed arrangement having an auxiliary fuel pump for conveying fuel from the main tank volume into the withdrawal tank volume.
Fuel supply device
A fuel supply device includes: a sub-tank to be fixed on a bottom of a fuel tank, the sub-tank temporarily storing fuel in the fuel tank, an upper side of the sub-tank having an opening; a bracket attached to an opening side of the sub-tank; an electric pump that pumps up the fuel in the sub-tank and supplies the fuel to outside of the sub-tank; and multiple fitting portions arranged on an outer edge of the bracket and to fix the bracket to the sub-tank by being fitted to a plurality of receiving portions arranged on the opening of the sub-tank.
FUEL PUMP MODULE FOR VEHICLE
A fuel pump module for a vehicle, which is formed in a low-floor type fuel pump module capable of being easily installed in a fuel tank with a reduced vertical height. The fuel pump module includes a head plate to be mounted in an opening of a fuel tank, a reservoir cup to which the head plate is pivotably coupled through a pair of connecting bars and which is to be installed in the fuel tank in a state of being coupled to the head plate, a fuel pump disposed in the reservoir cup in a state of being laid and to deliver fuel in the reservoir cup to an outside of the fuel tank, and a jet pump installed in the reservoir cup and to suction fuel outside the reservoir cup and discharge the fuel into the reservoir cup.
Fuel pump module
The present disclosure relates to a fuel pump module, and more particularly, to a fuel pump module including a flange module and a reservoir module, in which when a fuel delivery pipe for supplying filtered fuel from the reservoir module to the flange module is coupled to the reservoir module, since the fuel deliver pipe may be coupled to the reservoir module to a desired position in an axial direction and to be prevented from rotating in an axial direction, the fuel delivery pipe may be prevented from interfering with a guide rod connecting the flange module and the reservoir module in a vertical direction, thereby not only preventing the occurrence of fire, but also increasing a common use rate of the reservoir module.
Fuel supply device
A fuel supply device includes a fuel supply passage, a fuel pump, a pressure-regulating valve, and a housing. The fuel supply passage is in communication with the fuel injector. The fuel pump pumps the fuel to the fuel supply passage. The pressure-regulating valve regulates the pressure of the fuel in the fuel supply passage. The housing is disposed in the fuel tank. The housing accommodates the fuel pump and the pressure-regulating valve. The fuel supply passage is formed within the housing. The pressure-regulating valve is connected to an end portion of the fuel supply passage formed in the housing. The volume of the end portion of the fuel supply passage in the housing is configured to increase with increasing pressure of the fuel.
PRESSURE REGULATOR AND FUEL PUMP MODULE HAVING THE SAME
Provided is a pressure regulator and a fuel pump module having the same, which may be easily assembled by including fewer components, the pressure regulator including: a first housing including a guide part positioned therein and guiding movement of a valve, and an outlet part communicating with an inner space thereof and discharging a fluid; a second housing coupled to the first housing, having a valve accommodating space, including a valve seating part, and including an inlet part introducing a fluid; a valve positioned in the valve accommodating space, and moved to thus open and close a fluid flow; and an elastic member interposed between the valve and the first housing to bring the valve into close contact with the valve seating part.
Portable pump and fuel containment system
A portable pump and fuel containment system includes a portable base assembly including a lower support and wheels, a container on the lower support including an interior volume and inlet and outlet ports in fluid communication with the interior volume, and a liquid transfer assembly coupled to the portable base assembly. The liquid transfer assembly includes a pump, a three-way control valve, a flexible transfer line having a first transfer line segment coupled to a first inlet of the three-way control valve and a second transfer line segment extending from the outlet port to a second inlet of the three-way control valve, and a flexible return line having a first end coupled to the outlet of the pump and a second end detachably coupled to the inlet port of the container. An outlet of the three-way control valve is connected to an inlet of the pump.
FUEL PASSAGE STRUCTURES
A fuel passage structure of a fuel supply device is configured to supply fuel from a fuel tank to an internal combustion engine. The fuel passage structure includes a passage-forming member that forms a fuel passage and a check valve. The fuel passage includes a vertical passage extending in a vertical direction and a lateral passage extending in a horizontal direction. The check valve is disposed at an intersection of the vertical passage and the lateral passage. The check valve includes a valve body configured to close under its own weight. The valve body is movably arranged within the vertical passage in the vertical direction. The check valve is provided with a restriction member which restricts movement of the valve body into the lateral passage, while at the same time the restriction member does not disturb the forward flow of the pressurized fuel.
Fuel-Feeding Device
A fuel-feeding device may include a fuel tank storing fuel therein, a fuel pump configured to feed the fuel in the fuel tank to an engine through a fuel-feeding conduit, an aspirator configured to generate a negative pressure therein using a flow of the fuel flowing through a branched conduit branched from the fuel-feeding conduit, a negative pressure sensor configured to detect the negative pressure generated by the aspirator, and a control device configured to control a revolution speed of the fuel pump. The control device is configured to determine a sign of vapor generation in the fuel stored in the fuel tank based on detection information of the negative pressure sensor.
