FUEL SYSTEM WITH VAPOR MANAGEMENT
A fuel system, including a first pump, a second pump and a filter module. The filter module has a housing defining an interior, a filter received in the interior, a filter inlet through which fluid flows into the interior, a filter outlet from which fluid flows out of the interior, and a vent body received within the interior. The vent body has a passage and a vent orifice. The filter is arranged so that fluid that enters the filter inlet flows through the filter before flowing out of the filter outlet and the interior includes an upper portion arranged above a lower portion relative to the force of gravity, and the passage communicates with the filter outlet and with the lower portion of the interior and the vent orifice communicates with the passage and with the upper portion of the interior.
FUEL PUMP MODULE FOR VEHICLE
A fuel pump module for a vehicle, which is formed in a low-floor type fuel pump module capable of being easily installed in a fuel tank with a reduced vertical height. The fuel pump module includes a head plate to be mounted in an opening of a fuel tank, a reservoir cup to which the head plate is pivotably coupled through a pair of connecting bars and which is to be installed in the fuel tank in a state of being coupled to the head plate, a fuel pump disposed in the reservoir cup in a state of being laid and to deliver fuel in the reservoir cup to an outside of the fuel tank, and a jet pump installed in the reservoir cup and to suction fuel outside the reservoir cup and discharge the fuel into the reservoir cup.
Carburetor base of engine
A carburetor base of an engine defines an axial through hole and a pulsation hole channel. An anti-blocking component is mounted inside the axial through hole and defines an air inlet channel. The air inlet channel communicates with the pulsation hole channel so as to avoid blocking of condensed fuel oil inside the pulsation hole channel.
Electronic fuel injection module
One embodiment of the invention relates to an electronic fuel injection module including a throttle body including a throat extending between an inlet port and an outlet port and a fuel delivery injector too unit. The fuel delivery injector unit includes a cavity, a fuel inlet, a magnetic assembly, a pumping assembly, a spring, a valve seat, a valve, and an out valve. The fuel inlet receives fuel and directs fuel into the cavity. The magnetic assembly is within the cavity and includes a magnet, a pole, and a hollow sleeve. The pumping assembly includes a bobbin and piston. The bobbin is configured to move the pumping assembly. The piston is coupled to the bobbin. The valve seat is located at one end of the piston. The valve selectively allows fuel to flow into a pressure chamber. The out valve is configured to provide fuel to the throat.

FUEL PUMP MODULE WITH REPLACEABLE FILTER UNIT
A fuel supply system includes a fuel pump having an inlet configured to pick up fuel and an outlet configured to discharge fuel. A pressure vessel is in fluid communication with the outlet of the fuel pump such that fuel is directed from the fuel pump into the pressure vessel, the pressure vessel having an outlet port. A pressure regulation valve subassembly is detachably coupled with the outlet port via a male-female interface that positively locks against axial separation upon axial coupling in a first orientation and relative rotation of less than 360 degrees to a second orientation. A reservoir defines an internal space at least partially receiving the fuel pump, the pressure vessel, and the pressure regulation valve subassembly. The reservoir includes an interior wall that obstructs rotation of the pressure regulation valve subassembly from the second orientation to the first orientation.
Dual Compressor Turbocharger
A dual compressor turbocharger includes two compressors. One compressor supplies fuel pressure, and one compressor supplies air pressure. The dual compressor turbocharger includes a turbine driven by exhaust of an engine and a shaft coupled to the turbine. The first compressor is mounted on the shaft and includes a first inlet coupled to an air supply and a first outlet coupled to an air intake of the engine. The second compressor is mounted on the shaft and includes a second inlet coupled to a fuel supply and a second outlet coupled to a fuel supply rail of the engine.
Vehicle fuel system
An improved vehicle fuel system enables mixing of natural gas and a liquid fuel upstream of a combustion cylinder. According to some embodiments the system includes: a gas pressure vessel and associated gas pressurization system to deliver natural gas at a desired pressure; a liquid fuel storage vessel and associated reservoir pump to deliver liquid fuel at a desired pressure; a mixing system configured to receive and mix the liquid fuel from the liquid fuel storage vessel and natural gas from the gas pressure vessel to produce a homogeneous fluid fuel mixture; and a common rail system connecting the mixing system to an engine that consumes the homogeneous fluid fuel.
